My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      While I have no idea what color was actually used, the color as shown on the right side appears to be similar to Benjamin Moore Smoke Gray 2120-40. A lighter version would be 2120-50 Silver Spring. The color showing up on the left side (under different lighting) is closer to 2118-40 Sea Life, with a lighter version being 2118-50 Excalibur Gray.
