We built the Lennon plan last year which is very similar to the East Haven but a little smaller. There are a bunch of pictures on this plan.
We bumped the breakfast area out 4', bumped the 2 bedrooms and garage on the right side of the house out 1', put pocket/glass doors (2-3' at each opening) in the dining area which we use as a home office, made the bedroom/study bath into a private bath by removing the door in the hall, and removed the wall by the toilet in the shared bath on the right to give more room. We also went with a gable roof instead of the hip the plan shows.

We considered the East Haven but wanted something a little smaller but by the time we made all the changes we weren't too far off on the square footage anyway.
