Too much load for circuit?

I have 200 amp service to the main panel (which has two subpanels as well). Generally, I am trying to cut electricity useage (LED lighting, high efficiency Air conditioning units etc). But I am doing a kitchen remodel with electric ovens and cooktop. The existing ovens are on a 30 amp 220V circuit and the cooktop is on another 30A 220V circuit. Replacement items will need a 40A circuit for the ovens and either a 40A or 50A circuit for the cooktop. Obviously new wire, but my concern is that these total up to 90 amp load a house with 200 amp service. While it is unlikely everything will be running full blast at once, is this reasonable or will house service need to be upgraded?
