Get a suction cup for removing bulbs it just unscrews like a regular bulb I can usually get mine out with using the palm of my hand and turning.

Similar looking bulbs on my hood are set with a pin connection with two prongs. (gu type lamps) They pull out, they don't twist.

To access mine, there are two screws to be removed, then the plate covering the bulb socket area drops down on a hinge. Yours may be similar. Some other hoods have a lens cover/shield that needs to be popped off to access the bulb.

Try removing the grill and filter, as you would when you clean the filter, and see if the model and serial number plate can be located in that area. It may also be on the front of the motor assembly, inside the cabinetry. You may need a flashlight. When you find the model number, you can probably find the manual online with a google search, with complete instructions on how to replace bulbs, filters, etc.
