I think a color for the door would be great. You could use the same reddish brown as your trim, black, dark gray, or deep blue. I don't see coral working with the brick color.

The front of this house is busy with different surfaces. In the long run, I think you might want to pick one coherent deeper color for the garage door and siding, and then paint the front door something bright to draw the eye. For now, find the bright color.

You are wide open here. Just choose a color your like and make sure you plant something in your garden to pick up the color in a couple of spots. It should look great.

I think painting the front door black will cause it to disappear and look like a hole. A contrast color would look nice in a putty, light grey, or teal. Nice place.

The upper story windows have a (rust?) trim, but the bay window does not. Change one or the other so window trim is the same.

Paint the garage door and the cement foundation the same color as the brick.

Now your front door can be just about anything. But, my choice would be B.M. night shade. Dark, brown/black. Perfect with the brick.

Is the material on house (door side) gray brick? How about a dark gray door?

I'm standing by yellow. It's happy and inviting and impossible to miss. I think a dark color will make the door less noticeable not more so because it is sunken back on the house. I do agree that the trim should all match.

We can't paint the windows trim white, not yet. I don't know, maybe I should leave it white until we paint the trim...

Hey There: Yes, give the door some color - right now it blends in just to much and as an entrance door is should stand out. Choose a color that you like - repainting the door in a few years because you don't like it anymore or you have to refinish it anyways because of weathering is not such a big costly factor.

Life is short. Paint the door a color that is a shade brighter than your red/brown trim. Your house style doesn't support a yellow door at all. When you paint your trim you can change it if you wish. I would also paint garage doors same color. White garage doors that face street make them too prominent.

You can leave the inside of the door white, and just paint the outside. I think a deep red would work - in between the red on your flag and the red of your trim. Get some paint chip samples and see what they look like next to your brick.

I would lean toward deep magenta (purple-red) with your brick and trim, something like the first picture under my previous post. Most paint stores will give inexpensive samples so you can apply the color on a fairly large piece of cardboard and hold it up first. Try 2-3 different colors before you decide.

Hi. I would paint the upper window and fascia white. Paint the brick to match the siding, add faux windows to the garage and paint entrance door black. You can purchase faux garage windows at Lowes for about $110.00 a set and you will need two sets. Try them and if you don't like them you can return. You can also purchase faux vinyl windows on Ebay or Amazon dirt cheap. Either way you will think they are real even from just a few feet away. Put them on my door and people think I got a new garage door even when their standing in my driveway. You might also try black on the foundation under the brick. Painting the brick will definitely make the biggest impact, but the faux windows are inbelievable. Good luck!
