1960's Ranch Homes Transforms into a Mountain Home

Although the owners of this home worked with an architect partner on the exterior concepts, they themselves designed every single space (inside and out) on their own. Their biggest challenge was keeping the existing structure while making it energy efficient, beautiful, and most importantly - livable!

Kitchen Addition

A small addition was added onto the rear to create a new kitchen space.

The original crawlspace was dug out to create a space that features a media room, wine room, full bath, storage and mechanical closet.

In the back and side of the home, a patio, fire-pit and covered master bedroom porch was added.
