We are in Seattle area and our house is 3 months away from complete. After a few rainy days we found that there is water leakage in our garage where water came out of a crack.

The builder's explanation is that it is due to the final grading is not done, after that the grading will slope against the foundation, and the installation of gutters will help with the issue too. Currently the waterproofing line is 6" below the top of the wall.

What is the pros suggestion in this case? Something to be concerned of?
