Have you checked with Barker? They are in Oregon and are custom.

I looked at using Barker - they used to allow pick up in Tualatin and would provide assembled cabinets. But they don't do that anymore- so you have to assemble and install yourself. So I got a quote from a local cabinet maker who built a custom depth cabinet (16") in my laundry room. "Cabinets by Steve" - he's on Houzz and his website is cabinetsbysteve.com. His quote - which included install- was not much more than Barker's estimate and he did them sooner than I would have received from Barker. I was super happy with the service and the product. Would 100% recommend. I plan to use him again for some office built ins this year.

Ours are 18” deep.

See if they offer any LINEN cabinets in the vanity section that would fit....then just retrofit some rollout shelves. Or many cabinet lines offer a custom depth modification. They will also do a front frame w/ doors option....keep the closet...just add the new frame and trim.
