With those floors you definitely need a warm white. If you really want white, Navajo White might be too pigmented. Maybe Shell White or Alabaster would be closer to what you're looking for? I advise picking up several paint chips of different warm whites and looking at them in your lighting to see which one looks best. Then sample it in a large swatch. If you're not familiar with Samplize.com already, they sell peel and stick samples which are great for moving around a room so you can see them on different walls under different lighting conditions.

I don't think you should be looking for a "clean" white. A clean white would be a white with a high LRV, like B.M. Chantilly Lace which would be way too white.

I'm not sure how to describe what white I want. The alabaster is shown in some stories with this tile and looks beautiful. I just don't want it yellowy or blueish. That's why I say clean. I'll look at chantilly also. Thank you very much!

Some options: SW: White Flour, Greek Villa or Marshmallow might be good options. I just painted my open kitchen, dining and living SW Pure White and I like it as it's crisp and clean but I wonder if Alabaster or White Flour would have been better.

Please do off white. Bright white feels so cold. I like swiss coffee by behr.

Another white to look at is Benjamin Moore Simply White. Warm without edging into yellow.

Patricia is correct - appropriate lighting is essential.

The K value or kelvin tell you how yellow or white or blue your lighting is.

The beauty of white is it's ability to reflect light, without enough light white can fall flat and feel lifeless.

With your flooring you want a warm white.

Not Chantilly Lace - that is cool

I would try Simply White and Cloud White from BM and Alabaster from SW.

I have always had great luck with Simply White by Benjamin Moore. I have used it in three houses now without disappointment.

If BM Simply White is too bright/too white, try BM Moonlight White -- it is one down on the paint strip and is "softer" than Simply White. I have it in my hallway and quite like it -- white with a gentle creaminess to it but never leans yellow in my space.

If you can get your hands on Ralph Lauren Loft White - it is art gallery wall white. I loved it.

Capitol White CW-10 BenMoore. In context of Saltillo tile it shows up as an off-white. Its complexity of nuance (value+chroma) is robust enough to work it most inherent lighting scenarios.

Lucky for you the baseboards are same tile! If budget allows have some can lights put in the big rooms to enhance the lighting. Definitely want to transition to all same hue leaning whiter and not warm yellow.
