This Arts and Crafts styled sprawling ranch has much to offer the modern homeowner.
Inside, decorative ceilings top nearly every room, starting with the 12’ ceiling in the foyer. The dining room has a large, front facing window and a buffet nook for furniture. The gourmet kitchen includes a walk-in pantry, island, and a pass-through to the great room. A casual breakfast room leads to the screened porch, offering year- round outdoor living with a fireplace.
Each bedroom features elegant ceiling treatments, a walk-in closet, and full bathroom. A large utility room with a sink is conveniently placed down the hall from the secondary bedrooms.
The well-appointed master suite includes porch access, two walk-in closets, and a secluded sitting room surrounded by rear views. The master bathroom is a spa-like retreat with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, built-ins and a vaulted ceiling.
A three car garage with extra storage adds space for a golf cart or third automobile, with a bonus room above providing nearly 800 square feet of space for future expansion.

Stone: Oyster - Cut Coarse Stone
Cut Coarse Stone is reminiscent of a saw-cut Turkish Limestone. The highly textural and yet contemporary linear-style installs with a clean, dry-stack application. This stone is the perfect scale for an efficient installation, appealing to both commercial and residential exteriors and interiors. The stones include three different heights of 3″, 6″ and 9″ and various lengths from 12″ to 24″. The muted color palette is indicative of natural limestone.

60-inch traditional pedestal tub is the backdrop and focal point as you enter this master bath. 3-in painted bead board capped with a chair rail detail frames out the three walls surrounding this classic tub. An 18-inch tall linen cabinet and hamper is seen to the right. Sheetrock was butted to the backside of the extended tall cabinet faceframe to allow the full right hand wall to be painted. The double hung windows were existing and no structural modifications done—in an effort to stay within a budget. Transitional (approx.) 27-inch counter seen at left sits between the underside of the vanity top and window—this detail was designed in to avoid an otherwise void in the corner. Craftsman style house opens up for better connection and more contemporary living. Removing a wall between the kitchen and dinning room and reconfiguring the stair layout allowed for more usable space and better circulation through the home. The double dormer addition upstairs allowed for a true Master Suite, complete with steam shower!

This spa like master bath was transformed into an eye catching oasis featuring a marble patterned accent wall, freestanding tub and spacious corner shower. His and hers vanities face one another, while the toilet is tucked away in a separate water closet. The beaded chandelier over the tub serves as a beautiful focal point and accents the curved picture window that floods the bath with natural light.

The 5’x5’ shower was stripped to the studs which allowed for all the new plumbing components including body sprays, 2 shower heads, and a rain head all enclosed (including the ceiling) in a gorgeous 12”x24” Quest matte tile that replicates a marble look. To make the 36” wide soap niche completely unique, an Arabesque Beveled Mosaic in a grey color lines the backside of it.
