This is one of the units we recently installed for a client in west hollywood. They had a really old unit that was costing them tons in electricity bills every month. This new one is silent, and cools their home in minutes!

This project had an old stone wall that was falling down along with a small real brick patio that you could barely see because there was so many weeds growing through the patio. We install a 80 foot retaining wall with an 1100 square foot patio. The client now has plenty of outdoor space to entertain

This Lake Washington carriage house needed more functional living space, more natural light, and a whole new heating system for both levels of the home, and separate spaces for hobbies and interests.
Clients wanted to save money on energy bills and were interested in low maintenance, preserving and refinishing throughout the project, low/no VOC materials. Green practices were a high priority for this project.
The clients: she loves woodworking, he’s in a band. Each needs a unique space for their interests.

Our clients wished for a larger main bathroom with more light and storage. We expanded the footprint and used light colored marble tile, countertops and paint colors to give the room a brighter feel and added a cherry wood vanity to warm up the space. The matt black finish of the glass shower panels and the mirrors allows for top billing in this design and gives it a more modern feel.

This is a 1 bedroom condo that I assisted the client in renovating, staging and selling. We ripped up a carpet, installed new flooring, painted all over, wallpapered the alcove, swapped out old appliances for new, put a new tile floor in the kitchen, swapped out countertops for new granite, swapped out cabinet pulls and staged the unit. We sold for more than our targeted amount during the Winter season.

The flooring is marble mosaic tile. These tiny pieces of stone create a masterpiece underfoot. The resulting rich, authentic look is a perfect fit for a client with luxurious taste. (photo by Bill Lindhout)

This Southlake client wanted a luxury bathroom to fit her style. She prefers a blend of modern and traditional, with an emphasis on style and function. A free standing tub, vein cut travertine, a crystal chandeilier, and a glass shower fit the bill!

This client wanted a place he could work, watch his favorite sports and movies, and also entertain. A gorgeous rustic luxe man cave (media room and home office) for an avid hunter and whiskey connoisseur. Rich leather and velvet mixed with cement and industrial piping fit the bill, giving this space the perfect blend of masculine luxury with plenty of space to work and play.

This small masonry heater has a very compact footprint and heats the kitchen, dining room and study area with only a few small fires per day. The wonderful clients saw their gas heating bills drop to only 40 dollars a month after the introduction of this small masonry heater into their home.

For our client in Palos Verdes Peninsula we replaced his pool pump, roof and installed a solar system. Before installing the solar system we replaced his old roof with a brand new roof so he can enjoy his solar for many years without the need to worry about aging of the roof and the need of a new roof in a few years. Since the roof is S-tile we installed composition shingles on the areas under the solar to achieve a “sunk-in” look of the solar panels which is best look for tile roofs in general and provides extra comfort as far as waterproofing. This 11.8 KW DC solar system is set to offset clients bill entirely and provide many years of savings on electric bills as well as increase property value.
