This fresh blue bathroom is a fun take on the blue or pink tiled baths from the 60s. The ogee shaped accent tile in the shower brings some curves to contrast with the square blue tiles. A free standing dark wood vanity replaced the outdated built in original. The space around the vanity was then tiled with a dramatic brown iridescent tile on the walls, and carerra marble on the floor to match the quartz countertop. The finished look was pulled together with a custom silver gilt medicine cabinet, and brushed nickel hardware.

Two, formerly odd-shaped bedrooms at the back of the house are combined to create a comfortable master suite. Locating the closet behind a partial height wall allows the visual continuity of the unique ceiling, while also making the room feel more spacious and maximizing flow of light.

The Master Bath takes on a completely new look! Cabico slab-door cabinetry in cherry with the “Peru” stain, Top Knobs “Kinney” pulls in brushed nickel, and a Silesone “Blanco Maple” engineered quartz countertop are complemented by the Vitrex “Transparenze” glass mosaic tile and Pfister “Contempra” brushed nickel faucets. A Kichler “Lege” sconce (also in brushed nickel) adds the finishing touch. The wall paint color (Benjamin Moore “Silver Cloud” #2129-70) keeps the color palette clean and fresh.
