DuraSupreme Cabinetry This timeless and classic kitchen informed the main living and lower level renovation with white and grey as the palette, and sophisticated details at every turn. Stylized shaker cabinetry took the cabinets to a new level with chrome hardware, soft close doors, and modern appliances that make it a dream kitchen for any cook. By knocking down the existing dining room wall, the kitchen expanded graciously and now includes a large seated island treated with furniture-like details in a soft dark grey. The white and grey tones play beautifully off the warm hand scraped wood floor that runs throughout the main level, providing a warmth underfoot. Openings were widened to allow for a more open floor plan and an extra wide barn door adds style to the front entrance. Additional dining was added to the former dining room as a breakfast nook complete with storage bench seating. A wine bar is tucked into a corner next to the living area allowing for easy access when entertaining. dRemodeling also built in a custom bookshelf/entertainment area as well as a new mantle and tile surround. The upstairs closet was removed to allow for a larger foyer. The lower level features a newly organized laundry room that is wrapped in traditional wainscoting along one wall and the ceiling. This Ledden Palimeno Client wanted a traditional entertaining space in the backyard of their Wenonah New Jersey home. We provided them with a well thought out design that focused on all areas of the yard. The patio itself was installed with Pennsylvania Bluestone cut in a random pattern. The sod is used as groundcover and a finished look, but it doesn't overwhelm this small space. The curbstone edging and landscape lighting are key accents. The use of hedges and hydrangeas brought a traditional feel to the landscape. Shade loving perennials like the astilbe here, provide a pop of color in the dark areas of this space. Cast lighting fixtures bring light to this shady garden space. The Pennsylvania Bluestone patio meets the 2' wide strip of grass that creates a soft divider from the Belgian block edge of the landscape bed. This installation was completed just in time for the graduation celebration of this client's high school senior son!

This home’s classic roof structure and brick facade were hidden by over grown trees and shrubs. It cried out for architectural detail. Boring aluminum windows, rough cedar exterior trim and a front door assembly with peeling paint did little to enhance its curb appeal. It needed an exterior boost to keep it from remaining an ordinary home despite being located in an extraordinary five-acre park like setting. Ripe for an upgrade it presented a unique design build challenge to unlock its hidden potential as one of the areas outstanding homes. The addition of the cast stone front porch and balustrade gives a “been there for decades” look and feel. Windows were relocated and resized. Custom copper dormers, ornamental iron window guards and decorative cast stone embellishments were added to provide the architectural detail that brings this home to life. The low maintenance stone and new clad divided light wood windows in conjunction with balanced landscaping frame the entrance. Courtyards with stone balustrades and a stone fountain on either side of the entry complete the exterior transformation of a plain home into an extraordinary estate.

Original corner shower in white ceramic tile with dividing knee wall was removed along with the tiled tub deck and drop in tub. A Free standing cast iron pedestal tub from Vintage tubs was used with a more modern free standing tub filler. The shower includes 3 bodys sprays, one overhead wall mounted shower head and a hand shower all from Delta Brizo collection. Shaker cabinetry includes a large center armoire for multi use. The Master closet was built out in matching cabinet grade organizers.
