Beautiful oceanfront home with a Savaria Eclipse elevator customized to meet the style and needs of the homeowners. Cape Dreams worked with Nationwide Lifts to provide a white shiplap cabin interior which was complemented by aluminum cabin features. Functionality and design partnered to create a home which is both accessible and complementary to the existing style.

This coastal home, inspired by the serene surroundings of St. Augustine Beach, is thoughtfully designed with a palette of white and blue hues, perfectly capturing the breezy beach vibe. Patterns on rugs and complementary decor add a sense of dynamism and texture, while carefully curated artwork enhances the character and individuality of each room. Our team at Interiors by Maite Granda meticulously crafted every detail, striving to achieve excellence and create a harmonious, inviting space that reflects the beauty of its coastal setting.

Infusing this once, drab 80’s kitchen with light and color was one goal in this extensive remodel. By removing the wall separating the dining room from the kitchen, the space doubled in size and allowed natural light to flood it.
Creating a design that filled the space yet remained very functional to the homeowner was extremely important. By implementing the two working triangles, one homeowner can be using the sink, cooktop and refrigerator while the other uses the secondary island for food prep as it has an additional sink.
A large soffit housing HVAC runs through the middle of the townhome and seemed intrusive to the space at first. After embracing it in the design, it’s as if it were meant to be. Three aluminum framed cabinets hang below, one directly underneath the soffit to create an asymmetrical design.
On a budget but still wanting a beautiful design, Crystal’s semi-custom line of cabinetry came into play. Simply White and Light Grey provide the perfect backdrop for natural maple, brushed gold hardware and accessories that infuse the space with color. Inside the cabinetry, the best storage solutions make for an extremely functional kitchen!
What a dream it is to have a kitchen that boasts quality, functionality and makes a person feel inspired within it.

Location was a key factor for the developer of these 72 luxury beachfront condominiums in New Rochelle, NY, offering prime real estate with spectacular water views, all within a short commute to New York City. An unusual aspect of this project was the developer’s commitment to offer prospective buyers completely customizable interior buildouts. The architect and developer teamed with Bilotta to devise a program offering 17 stains, 17 paint finishes and a variety of door styles, giving homeowners total control of their kitchen and bathroom details and accessories, a significant and successful selling point.
In this particular unit, sand, surf, and sunshine are transported indoors with light-reflecting white cabinetry atop natural oak flooring, punctuated by a slate blue island that seats five. Practical blue-gray quartz countertops are a complementary echo of the island’s hue. A generous molding treatment emphasizes the tall ceiling height. There’s plenty of room for two pantry cabinets, as well as a wine refrigerator in the island. “Flying Saucer” island pendants and a cubist dining chandelier add contemporary flair.
The stunning highlight of each residence is a 30-foot-long wall of glass facing the water. With 2,400- 2,700 square feet apiece, the proportions of the open plan kitchen, dining and family room live like a gracious freestanding home.

Mid-sized transitional l-shaped light wood floor and gray floor eat-in kitchen photo in Other with an undermount sink, shaker cabinets, white cabinets, quartz countertops, gray backsplash, subway tile backsplash, white appliances and an island

Our client wanted to have a modern and luxurious kitchen that maximized their storage space. For this, we used tall shaker cabinets in a cool grey tone with gold accents. The matching island provided the additional counter space and storage. The marble backsplash is highlighted by the complementary gold grout work that completes the look.

A complementary collection of siding materials and textures includes vertically applied boards, shake shingles, board and batten, and stone. Add the metal roof accents over the garage and window, carriage-type garage doors, along with the barn-red accent, and this farmhouse design home comes together with a distinctive appearance.

As you walk in, the main floor unfolds into a seamless living experience. Walls and columns were expertly removed to reveal a voluminous, open-concept great room. Natural light filters through generous windows, illuminating layers of sophisticated textures and warm neutral tones. The thoughtfully integrated millwork subtly divides the space without disrupting flow, while elegant sconces above the breakfast nook infuse intimacy—creating a serene yet inviting atmosphere.
At the heart of the home sits a striking, oversized kitchen arrangement featuring dual islands: one devoted to food prep, the other to gathering and conversation. The islands are finished in complementary palettes—one light, one dark—mirroring the balance of materials and colors across the open floor plan. This innovative layout fosters community and showcases design depth through thoughtful texture layering, from stone countertops to artisanal hardware.
Swatch’s signature layering approach brings dimension and warmth throughout these interconnected rooms. Subtle pops of earthy hues alongside jewel-tone accents are woven through upholstery, decorative lighting, and artwork. Organic elements like wood flooring and natural stone surfaces reinforce the Modern European aesthetic: clean lines with a lived-in elegance, where each material choice feels intentional and inviting .
Styled to feel luxurious yet approachable, the space features a discussed blend of classic European elegance and contemporary comfort. Plush fabrics—such as velvet cushions and soft linens—contrast simple, modern furniture silhouettes. Freestanding lantern-style pendants and delicate sconces enhance ambiance throughout, while curated décor from different European influences tells a rich, nuanced design story.

This pool patio and spa are part of a lakeside oasis in Bethel, NY where beauty and relaxation await.
With the goal of further accentuating the breathtaking lakeside views on this Bethel property, designers at Landworx seamlessly blended a complementary outdoor oasis with the property's stunning features. Unique, natural stone line the walkway and patio around the curved pool and hot tub, snuggly edging along the property's hillside. The poolscape is encircled by a natural boulder retaining wall, separating the structure of the lawn and welcoming guests to travel into the connecting paths of the property. Additionally, the Landworx team chose an ideal spot for a stone fire pit, welcoming its visitors to gaze out over the expansive lake that surrounds the neighborhood.

This extensive remodel overlooking Lake Austin is a paean to the powerful art it enfolds. Rigorous editing of every distracting, inconsequential element of the original house was critical. So too was the insertion of new complementary components that provide artful ways to move through both interior and exterior rooms.
The collection of modern art is arresting. Ranging from a Turrell hologram to a pair of Agnes Martins, the art is framed by the architecture and lighting so that it is experienced in a choregraphed, curated way that encourages wandering and an intimate connection to each piece.
The mood is set in the entry courtyard. A floating walkway curves down and around a brilliant spiraling blue Clement sculpture. It pauses once, at a moment of surprise, when the first view through the house is filled with the blue water of the lake beyond. Inside the saturated color of many of the pieces of art are balanced by an absence of other visual clutter in the color palette, furniture and architecture. A new interior plaster, steel and bronze stair carves through a space occupied by two small Clement sculptures in niches, a Page Kempner sculpture on a landing and a glass cylinder elevator.
This is a very specific place, designed for specific art and for a collector who has a close relationship with each piece.

Combining fiber cement and stone is an easy way to boost the curb appeal and durability of your home. Take a look at this Doylestown, PA home for example. This Evening Blue Hardie Planks naturally resist warping, cracking, rotting, and denting, unlike wood or vinyl. When matched with the complementary stone, you get a modern, cool-colored color palette that's absolutely stunning.

We've watched this neighborhood transform itself over the last few years and we are so thankful that we had the opportunity to facilitate the sale of this very special property. It's a great addition to this great neighborhood.

Custom cabinetry provides extra storage without crowding a beautiful sun filled open floor plan at this Upper West Side apartment.
A pair of hidden panels which provide shallow storage for glassware flank this dining room unit. The beauty & quality of the furniture is emphasized by a solid white oak frame and matching solid white oak counters. Opposite is a complementary living room unit composed of simple floating shelves flanking a centrally located custom built-in cartridge firebox, TV and entertainment unit.

The formal living room was filled with boxes. The family room was ready to be filled with new furniture. The banquette table was not a banquette table. The mudroom had minimal storage. The lighting was not their style. This family entrusted us with transforming 4 of their prime rooms, where they spend most of their days. We chose family friendly textiles throughout that are tied together through repeated shades fo purple and complementary bright colors as well as customized upgrades and a mix of new and vintage furniture to make their house their home.
FUN FACT The kitchen banquette table was custom designed, finished, and built for the space.
