The result is a series of windows and doors that was carefully designed with authentic architectural style in mind. Every sash, every piece of hardware and every accessory easily comes together to allow you to create the home style you're after.

This dinning set has been in the family since late 1800 and was brought from Spain by the customer's grandparents. It was very important to bring back its glamour. We started by upholstering the chairs with a silk compose that added lots of character to them. We created a focal point by adding a stunning circle wall paper and complemented it with sheer ice color window treatment that contributed to create a serene mood to promotes relaxation and enjoyment.

Before commencing work on this project, the ceiling had accent beams that contributed to the room’s appeal, but could be improved upon. We replaced these with stunning logs and configured them in a way that gave them the appearance of support beams.

This open concept floor plan was designed to maximize space and create flow. The Samsung stainless steel appliances contribute to the simple yet elegant look of this kitchen.

The cabinetry features a sleek, glossy finish in neutral tones, contributing to a clean and modern aesthetic. The backsplash is a standout feature, using a mosaic of brown tiles that adds warmth, texture, and visual interest to the space.

Our contribution to this esteemed multifamily project included crafting exceptional amenities, lobbies, and exteriors, refining exteriors, enhancing lobbies, and meticulously executing architectural millwork, woodwork, and custom cabinetry. These efforts ensure an unparalleled level of comfort and luxury, setting a new standard for Oriana's esteemed residents.

A captivating mix of low-pitch roofing, including flat, gable, and shed designs, contributes to a textured and visually engaging exterior. Different roofing materials, such as asphalt, metal, and Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO), reflect our commitment to combining timeless craftsmanship, custom charm, and contemporary resilience.

White cabinets and stainless steel appliances contribute to the powerful duo of white and gray, while wood door frames and wood seating generate a warm, welcoming note, inspiring a family and guest-friendly space, always ready to host any gathering, from a simple family dinner to a birthday party.

The dining area, now a seamless part of the open space, features a sophisticated table and lighting that enhance the room's ambiance, contributing to the overall cohesive design.

This pool gives you the feeling of swimming into the landscape. The broad, straight line of the horizon and the long, slender vertical lines of the pool underscore the expansiveness of the property, whose size unquestionably contributes to the impact of its natural beauty. The design is rather understated, creating the impression of having been copied directly from the pool’s natural setting. The landscape and the garden have retained their prominent role despite the addition of the natural pool. The pool blends in unassumingly with its surroundings and is sizeable enough to allow for the swimming of long laps. A natural pool is the obvious choice for locations such as this. Natural materials and plant filters are without a doubt the ideal option for gardens like these. The beautiful property certainly contributes a great deal to the overall visual impression, but the pool - as close to nature as possible and reduced to essentials - has the look and feel of a body of water that was created here quite naturally. The addition of the wooden planks and the long, slender shape of the pool are visually very appealing. The water’s edge of the regeneration area blends harmoniously into the landscape and appears as if it had grown there naturally over several years.

With its coffered ceilings, white-on-white color scheme, and the sun streaming in the floor-to-ceiling windows, the expansive room exudes peace. The additional painted built-in cabinet across from the fireplace helps frame the room, and our suggestion of a mirrored television above the fireplace contributes rather than detracts from the room’s graces. Three re-paneled arches between living and dining room give the passageway a pleasing formality.

Despite it shows itself with simplicity and pure linearity, the peculiarities of Simplicia are multiple and all determinants, to reveal an immense creative character. A constructive modularity of remarkable compositional flexibility allows customizations of great aesthetic functional innovation, thanks to the strong contribution of a targeted range of colors: matte finish doors with ABS edging to match the color CONFETTO, SABBIA, CANAPA, LAVAGNA and wood finishes TABACCO, CENERE, OLMO, DAMA, CONCHIGLIA, LONDRA and NATURALE with pore synchronized. To theseare added also a complete set of attachments multi-purpose, together with electric appliances and hoods of high technology.

This kitchen design incorporates a lot of white shaker cabinets to add storage to this compact kitchen. Stainless steel appliances contribute to the contemporary look of the room. The medium grain hardwood floors bring some brilliant color and contrast to this space, helping to add a dash of style into this contemporary home.

The custom wall cabinetry in the bathroom was fashioned after a european style mixing two different door styles but the cabinetry was custom made in America. White marble flooring and white slab countertop further contribute to the glamous feeling of the space.

We combined three different finish materials to give this small kitchen interest and create a modern graphic pattern. Stainless shelves intersected by walnut, one horizontal taupe acrylic top hinge wall cabinet all contribute to the unique layout. Panelizing the refrigerator allowed us to create a consistent mass of white to contrast the walnut.

Embarking on the second phase of this renovation journey, Project Manager, George Griffin, and Designer, Justina Auer, seamlessly extended their collaboration to elevate this next space – the bathroom! As with the kitchen area, this was a small space where we strategically eliminated the soffits that made the room feel small and cramped. A reconfiguration of the layout saw the removal of the knee wall at the end of the tub, contributing to a more open and fluid spatial arrangement. The addition of a storage cabinet to the vanity ingeniously designed to house everyday bathroom essentials without compromising on the allure of the double bowl vanity. The generous sized mirror spanning both sinks not only serves a functional purpose but also cleverly conveys an illusion of a larger bathroom. The soft cream colors mixed with sandy beiges and warm tones give the new room a cozy and charming ambiance to the rejuvenated space. The harmonious blend of colors elevates the visual appeal and contributes to the overall comfort of the space. We loved working with these clients, and we’re looking forward to “raising the roof” with them on forthcoming projects in their home.
