Amy envisioned a more modern, refined master bathroom without a full gut renovation. Her goal was to update key features like the shower and vanity area while keeping certain elements that were still in great condition. The remodel focused on refreshing the existing layout while enhancing style and usability. The cabinetry, flooring, toilet, and faucets were preserved, allowing the budget to focus on the areas that would make the biggest impact. An outdated prefabricated shower was replaced with a custom 40" x 59" shower featuring vertical Paloma Denim Long Hex tile. Pearl White Penny Round tile from Bedrosians was used on the floor and niche for added texture and contrast. A new 36” wide x 16” high niche was built for ample storage and a corner bench was added for functionality and comfort. Both were topped with quartz matching the countertop for a cohesive look. The shower was finished with Delta Brilliance Stainless fixtures and enclosed in frameless glass for a spa-like feel. New Calacatta Bellatrix quartz countertops were added over her existing cabinets, along with two Kohler sinks and brushed nickel West Elm mirrors. Vanity lights from Lamps Plus and updated recessed lighting brighten the space, while Sherwin-Williams Ice Cube paint adds a fresh, clean finish. Amy’s remodeled bathroom now feels like a thoughtfully designed retreat. It’s a blend of her original space and modern upgrades that prioritize both beauty and long-term functionality.

The premise for this remodel was to update their cramped white kitchen with an open concept. With the laminate peeling off of the doors and the kitchen lacking functionality, it was up to us to achieve a more flowing space. They decided on using Merillat cabinetry in cherry wood with a Paprika stain, finished on a Bayville door. This combination matched their already gorgeous entertainment center perfectly. To achieve a more aesthetically pleasing space we removed half of the wall that was bordering the hallway. With that, we also had to remove the arch that was separating the hallway with the living room. This opened up the whole room and allowed us to give the homeowners a large peninsula low bar with plenty of overhang to seat 7 guests comfortably. We removed the standard drywall pantry and installed a 8' tall pantry that matched the cabinetry. In the hallway we opted for a classic wine bar set up with an X wine cube above and a wine refrigerator below. Stacked cabinets throughout give the entire area a grandiose feel while also adding much needed storage. Other subtleties included changing the refrigerator and sink locations to attain a kitchen that made sense to the homeowners.

This kitchen was quite the challenge. The home is a spectacular Georgian brick home with many small rooms and estate beams. The owners had previously renovated their kitchen with DEANE back in 1995 and now wanted an update to be more in line with today’s living style. They also wanted a monochromatic look with warm tones. DEANE designed an open floor plan solution with a marble-clad cube featuring a butler’s pantry on one side for extra storage and an entertainment bar on the other that cleverly hides a support beam. The cabinets are a clean overlay, shaker style cabinet in two tones. The perimeter is in white and the island bar in a creamy cappuccino color. A man-made quartz countertop in simple white counterbalances the stainless steel appliances for a soothing, calm effect for a beautiful new space.

A large kitchen with lots of natural light attracted this homeowner to a tall, stately design with custom cabinetry crowned at the ceiling level. Darker rich wood stains accented with a painted island detailed with carved corbels blended with the existing hardwood floors throughout the first floor. Accent lighting and under-cabinet lighting are practical for long Ohio winters
