This client wanted an open kitchen that brought in both traditional and modern touches. We created a special dog bowl area that the dog area was not underfoot but also not forgotten! Minimal amount of wall cabinets kept the kitchen feeling open but we made sure there was plenty of storage for everything.

Inspired by the 1927 history book Decisive Moments in History (German: Sternstunden der Menschheit) by Stefan Zweig, this star-studded design (shown here in Wood Light Grain, Norway Blue, Athens gray, and White Thassos) shines brightly in the room, telling that the historical events that changed the world has never been forgotten.

An attic floor in need of some serious renovation, this space had been forgotten and was not in use. After the demolition was completed, the space was framed, insulated and lighting was added. Finally the original hard wood floors were repaired, sanded and stained to match the rest of the house. The all process only took 2 weeks...and as a result the home owners can enjoy a fabulous attic space that can be used as a guest space, home office or playroom..

This mid-century modern party pad exudes an untouchable spirit of Beverly Hills leaning back to the 60s and jumping forward to today’s smart home living. The house, located in the esteemed Trousdale Estates, is all about lifestyle and with a full Savant Systems integration, there is not a space forgotten. Escape to the dedicated home theater where the 140” screen will dominate or make a drink and take in the view of LA from the pool. Collapse the house walls, let the TVs down and you can bet that this place is anything but boring.

The typical “forgotten” room in the house, this basement got a complete makeover with just minor structural changes to the walls. Replacing the old carpet with luxury, wood-like vinyl plank flooring helped create a warm and spacious atmosphere. After tearing out the old kitchenette, a new kitchenette and bar were added with custom back splash and lighted shelves. The bathroom was completely remodeled replacing the tub with a shower, new tile, fixtures and lighting.
