One of our favorite customers came back to A Direct for our design services for their newest home. As always, our designer worked close with the customer to fulfill every functional need this family had. We listened to hear what style, and look they wanted. After taking their appliance list into account, our designer came up with this beautiful design. The customer wanted a work station island with a butcher block top. They choose African Mahogany wood (by Spekva), which added a splash of warmth among all of the white cabinets, and Carrera marble tops. The family also wanted a bar/beverage center. Our designer created a wet bar, giving ample storage space for wine, and a hutch type cabinets to show off specialty pieces.

In this bathroom remodeling project, our clients desired an industrial-style space that felt updated and sleek. To fulfill their vision, we undertook a series of transformative changes. The first step involved replacing the freestanding bathtub with a shower featuring eye-catching green tiles, providing a vibrant and unique focal point. To enhance the industrial aesthetic, we installed gold hardware, faucets, and a showerhead, adding a touch of elegance and warmth. The addition of a shower bench and a handheld showerhead offered both comfort and versatility. Accentuating the shower area, we used black tiled flooring to complement the green tiles, creating a striking contrast. A new sink and vanity were meticulously selected to fit the space perfectly, maximizing functionality while adhering to the sleek industrial theme. A fresh coat of paint breathed new life into the entire room, making it appear brand new. Finally, we carefully chose lighting fixtures and accents that aligned with the homeowners' style, completing the industrial look and ensuring a cohesive and visually stunning bathroom renovation.

In the heart of the desirable neighborhood of Bonita Bay, these condo owners were ready to remodel their entire home with sophisticated custom cabinetry, elegant finishes, and high-end appliances. They contacted the design-build professionals at Progressive Design Build to come up with a design plan that worked within their budget. As is often the case with condo remodels in Southwest Florida, we also needed to fulfill our client’s needs by renovating within the home’s existing footprint.

Patricia had the typical builder-grade bathroom and was seeking a refreshing and innovative solution for her outdated master bathroom. She wanted a fun shower to wake her up in the morning. The project focused on a complete transformation, bringing her bathroom up to date with contemporary trends and meeting storage needs, while creating a serene and inviting space she can take pride in and enjoys for years to come. The previous design was conventional, hosting both a shower and a bathtub. However, her requirements had evolved, eliminating the need for the bathtub. So, Patricia selected a broader, custom-designed shower that was tailored exactly to her needs! The Turchese Gleeze tile presents a refined look on the shower wall with a cultivated pop of color. The addition of a shower bench and an enlarged wall niche fulfills Patricia's wish for functionality and space optimization. A paint refresh was applied to the existing cabinets, further enhanced by the introduction of sparkling Glisten Quartz surfaces. The backsplash was arranged, utilizing the distinguished Turchese Gleeze tile, creating a cohesive look matching the shower. The subtleties inevitably bring about remarkable transformations. The Delta Stryke wall-mounted faucets present a striking aesthetic, while the addition of two Quaid Wall Mirrors imparts a layer of custom sophistication to the space.
