My husband and I moved into our home in March right before COVID happened. They made sure that everything went smoothly and helped us along the way making sure that everything was set when move in date came. When doing the final walk through, they made sure we were comfortable with everything in our home and made sure to note things that needed changed/done. When key day came, the final touches were done and our house was ready for us! I am in love with the layout of our home and the amount of storage space!

Our one year anniversary in our Hayden Home in the Treasure Valley of ID has just passed. There has not been one day since walking into my home that I ask myself how I could live in such a beautiful place. The pride and craftsmanship of our home is evident in every room. Working with the sales agent and project manager throughout the building process was always an easy process; with open communication and clear and precise answers given for any question I might ask. Their honesty, integrity, and thoroughness through each interaction from foundation pour, framing, drywall, and finishing stages went a long way in easing my mind about such an important purchase. They take pride in each home they build as if it was there own. I would recommend Hayden Homes to any person looking for a place to call home.

My wife and I moved into our Hayden Home in December of 2019 and we absolutely love it. The whole process is an adventure and it's thrilling to be able to watch all of the selections you've picked come to life. One of the absolute best parts of the process, and the end result, is the team that Hayden Homes employs to take care of any challenge that comes up along the way, or afterward. Hayden's employees truly care about their clients and we were treated like family. We bought a Talent floorplan in the Redmond community of Maple Meadows. The house is wonderful as it boasts an open, spacious floorplan downstairs which is great for entertaining or watching the tube while you're in the kitchen cooking. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, along with the laundry room and an office. We chose all of the available window options on the home, which truly made the house "light and bright," and I'm glad we went that route as it was a nice change of pace from the dark cave we lived in previously (not a Hayden home). There were a couple minor issues with our home that were discovered right before we moved in, and right after...all of which were taken care of as soon as possible, with no headaches. The Hayden warranty team is top-notch, and the actual home warranty is great. We really couldn't be happier with our experience, and would absolutely recommended Hayden Homes to anyone looking for a GREAT home!

My wife and I closed on our home in Feb. This was a great expierience for the both of us. my wife was excited to see the process of your first build happening step by step. the project manager was so helpfull and cared tremendously. Steve Young was exceptional the whole way through. There was only a few minor items on our walk through and none have been found since. wonderful home with wonderful employees who love their job and what they do! this is a perfect combination for quality and integrity. Thank you Hayden Homes for our amazing home.

The Hayden team was professional, reliable and friendly. We felt like we were in good hands and the process was smooth and efficient. Any of our concerns were immediately addressed and taken care of. The entire neighborhood was well taken care of even during the construction phases and they even included a neighborhood playground which is perfect for our family. We are really happy with their work and customer service. Buying a house was a big step for us and Hayden made it a manageable and enjoyable process.
