Our client is an audiophile and musician. He wanted the ultimate man cave for his interests and collections. As part of this whole home remodel with additions, we built a music room man cave. There is a place for his large TV, stereo system, vinyl album collection, key board and guitar collection. It has its own HVAC system.

In Malvern, PA, we completed a comprehensive home renovation project, including the kitchen, master bathroom, in-law suite, flooring, stairs, HVAC, electrical, painting, and miscellaneous installations. We installed a beam in the kitchen to replace a wall, crafted a new pantry, and fitted it with White Shaker cabinets and stylish countertops. LED cabinet lighting, backsplash tile, and modern fixtures were also installed. In the master bathroom, we enlarged the shower area, installed a customized vanity, and meticulously completed tiling work. Additionally, the in-law suite received new framing, drywall, and closet relocation. The project also encompassed flooring, stairs, HVAC system installations, electrical updates, painting, and various miscellaneous installations to deliver a tailored transformation for the client's needs.

Archadeck of Central SC designed and built this deluxe outdoor living space that includes a custom sunroom and an elevated Trex composite deck with white vinyl railing. Trex was the inventor of wood-alternative composite decking. Choosing Trex for this lakeside deck helped us achieve the low-maintenance, high-performance backyard retreat these homeowners had in mind. The spacious and airy sunroom is accessible from two separate deck entrances. The vaulted design and large gable-end windows ensure the room is bathed in natural light. The interior of the sunroom boasts a ceramic tile floor, sliding windows and a Mitsubishi mini-split ductless heating & AC unit. This system provides zoned comfort solutions for year-round comfort and is up to 40% more efficient than traditional HVAC systems.

Original square footage was 1732 sq ft in one story on an unfinished basement. This 2,500 sq. ft. commercial facility was meticulously designed to accommodate up to seven writers’ rooms and production suites—each capable of operating simultaneously without interruption, with four of the rooms built for mixing capabilities. With seamless audio integration throughout, the space ensures intuitive connectivity no matter where you are on the property. The aesthetic palette, paired with a loud and quirky speakeasy vibe, creates a fun atmosphere that reflects the owners’ personalities. The result is not just a studio that feels effortless—it’s an inspiring environment where writing, mixing, and production can happen with minimal sound transmission. Behind the walls, the architectural acoustics are second to none. The design emphasizes a true “plug-and-play” workflow: each control room, both isolation booths, and all common areas are acoustically isolated with extraordinary attention to detail. Each suite is equipped with dedicated, silent 1:1 HVAC systems. Eight independent floating-floor systems support the suites, while tailored sound-reducing wall assemblies and intentional treatments in the main suites deliver clarity and precision for mixing.
