Tucked away on a large, private lot, this home's landscape disguises the fact that it is in the middle of an urban neighborhood. The homeowner is an avid gardener, and the landscape is constantly evolving as he puts his touch on the plants and new phases of the master plan are implemented.
A small flagstone patio and natural basalt water feature create a relaxing retreat in the side yard.

This fun classic kitchen in Gold River features Columbia frameless cabinets in Sandy Hook grey. A green glass backsplash in a random matte and polished pattern complements the cabinets which are faced with both painted wood and frosted glass. The Silestone countertops in the Lyra finish have an ogee bullnose edge. The floors are finished in a rich brown porcelain tile of varying sizes that are made to resemble distressed wood.

H2D Architecture + Design developed a comprehensive vision for the renovation of this Bellevue residence, creating a cohesive master plan that can be implemented in phased construction to align with the homeowners' priorities, budget, and timeline. The first phase reimagined the primary suite, including a redesigned bathroom, reconfigured closet and bedroom. Strategic space planning enhanced the functionality and flow of each space while creating a serene, spa-inspired retreat tailored to the homeowners' lifestyle. Future phases will transform the home's main living areas through a complete reconfiguration of the kitchen, dining room, entry, and living room. The design will improve circulation, increase functionality, and create light-filled, beautifully connected spaces.

This project presents a detailed 3D floor plan created in Autodesk 3ds Max. The visualization demonstrates accurate spatial organization, realistic lighting, and high‑quality texturing to highlight both functional and aesthetic aspects of the design. The model was developed to showcase architectural planning, interior layout, and construction visualization in a clear and engaging way.
The rendering emphasizes:
• Precise geometry and proportions
• Photorealistic materials and textures
• Professional lighting setup for realistic atmosphere
• Optimized composition for presentation and client review
This 3D plan can be applied in architectural design, real estate visualization, and concept development, providing a comprehensive view of the project before implementation.

This is the transition between the 5" maple flooring and the 2' x 2' glass floor tile. Note that there is no threshold, no space and no un eveness between the two dis-similar materials. This is a very difficult detail to implement, but we have very skilled craftsman who work with us. Note that the entire house is heated by in floor hot water radiant heating... no cracking, no warping of the floor.

Designed by LWPAC and built by Vanglo Sustainable Construction Group, this singular residence makes the most of a very tight lot. CYAN Horticulture was commissioned to implement a low-maintenance planting plan and ensure regular maintenance of the grounds. Boxwood, yews and a specimen Japanese maple give structure to the space while ornamental grasses and bamboo add a softer touch to the ensemble.

Our homeowners, a retired occupational therapist and her husband a UW horticulturalist, were planning to age in place (AIP) and engaged our design + build team to help them create the master suite they’d envisioned. This project was done with a team of Certified Aging in Place Specialists (CAPS) and Certified Living in Place Professionals (CLIPP). Many universal standards were implemented into the project with the help of this highly educated team, including the lead carpenter/project manager, project developer, and designer.

Light, bright, and lovely!
A modern spin on a beautiful home in Pleasanton, California. We Feng Shui'ed the space, and performed a sage cleansing and blessing. Then we designed a staging game plan, which we implemented with our staging partner, No. 1 Staging of Santa Clara.

J Hill Interiors was brought on to this project to select all construction materials, lighting, flooring, cabinetry, finishes and paint colors for all three homes. We worked alongside the developers and contractors by providing all material and finish schedules, floor plans and elevations to implement the design.

This 1600+ square foot basement was a diamond in the rough. We were tasked with keeping farmhouse elements in the design plan while implementing industrial elements. The client requested the space include a gym, ample seating and viewing area for movies, a full bar , banquette seating as well as area for their gaming tables - shuffleboard, pool table and ping pong. By shifting two support columns we were able to bury one in the powder room wall and implement two in the custom design of the bar. Custom finishes are provided throughout the space to complete this entertainers dream.

This beautiful residence in Willow Bend is a perfect example of how an intended design can not end up the way you had planned because of who you chose to go with as a general contractor. This family came to Euro for help fixing what the previous kitchen design did not achieve. Not only was the original granite improperly installed but the cabinetry design did not meet the clients' expectations. With exceptional design, planning, and implementation Euro Design Build was able to recreate the space to better suit the needs and wants of the household.
