I love our new garden so much. Jennifer managed to take what seemed like two very different versions of what we wanted - a southwestern vibe with a Japanese Zen-type vibe - and seamlessly meld the two. The plan worked so beautifully, better even than my husband and I could have imagined. Every morning, I stand on our new porch - gorgeous, with long wrap-around steps that invite you to take a seat and hang out a while - and check out our garden with embarrassing pride - it's so gorgeous! And we love when strangers stop on the sidewalk to tell us how much they love what we've done. Jennifer was so lovely to work with, such a great listener, tweaker and problem solver. We are very, very happy.

What a wonderful experience, to work with professional, honest, dedicated and caring people! Jennifer, together with the landscape contractor she recommended, could be relied upon at all time. No empty promises - the project was delivered on time and on budget. I had a difficult time expressing what I wanted to see, yet somehow Jennifer was able to translate my convoluted thoughts into what I had pictured, and more. We worked with Jennifer Hayman Design to revamp our front and back yards and are very happy with the results. Jennifer understood right away what we had in mind and created a very cool design. It is pretty, interesting in plant varieties and colours, easy maintenance and make the most of our small space. The work itself was done by LakeRidge Landscaping, a contractor referred by Jennifer, who did an excellent job to the last detail. David Hubers was focused to deliver the landscape on time and budget and he respected Jennifer’s design perfectly. The irrigation was made by Rocky from The Garden Irrigation, also with great satisfaction. Overall it was a positive experience to work with Jennifer Hayman. Given a clean slate, Jennifer Hayman has sculpted a masterpiece on our unique property! Our home looks over a pond in west Toronto but we never fully took advantage of this incredible view. Jennifer has created and constructed a stunning landscape which cleverly combines decking, stone, and flora. She has turned our property into an outdoor jewel which serves as a magical foreground and seamless connection to the serene city pond beyond.

We cannot believe the transformation!! Our gardens and yard are absolutely beautiful! Jennifer and team did an amazing job. We consulted with Jennifer many months ago, and after reviewing plans decided to go ahead with the job. She has a wonderful design sense, and all elements of the work (garden, lawn, pathway) beautifully compliment our house - a tasteful, elegant design. Also, the plants chosen are all native and low maintenance - so beyond grateful for this!! I should mention as well that Jennifer works with a wonderful team, from contractor to the sprinkler system people. The same people return to finish the job each day. Our job was completed in 3 days. We sourced Jennifer Hayman Design on Houzz and she was a wonderful find! We recently moved into a house with an overgrown and underloved backyard. We had our dream backyard in mind and we were looking for someone who could bring that vision to life. Jennifer took the time to get to know us and understand our needs and style. Her designs were well thought out and with her expertise, she took our vision and made it even better. Her recommendations were honest and she was willing to work with us to find a solution within our budget. We loved her design of our backyard and decided to move forward with her preferred team (led by Dean) to execute the work. We contracted Jennifer to do a complete overhaul of our front and back yard. Working with Jennifer has been nothing short of a wonderful experience. She is professional, knowledgeable and her designs are creative, thoughtful and tailored to our wants and needs. Her design of our backyard is timeless, beautiful, yet very practical and functional. Her communication with us during the design process is great. She paid attention to detail and was responsive to our feedback. She made sure we are completely satisfied with the design. Working in close communication with Jennifer as a design and build team, Dean and his crew from Kingsway construction carried out her plans seamlessly, professionally and meticulously. Their craftsmanship is superb and they are so careful, mindful, safe and clean. When I return home from work I sometimes forget they had been there during the day. When they leave the site the equipment are always neatly stowed away, the dirt washed off, and no clutter is left on the road or on our property. This project took 2 months and they were clutter free and safe everyday, impressing our neighbours. After the project is complete, Jennifer and Dean are good with following up with us, mentoring us to ensure we know how to care for the plants. Our front and backyard has been the talk of the neighbourhood. People still stop by and talk to us about the beautiful landscape transformation that Dean and Jennifer created for us. We've used Jennifer and Dean for several jobs at our home and at our daughter's. Jennifer's design work is beautiful, practical and cost effective. Dean is always helpful and attentive. Jennifer turned a concrete jungle into a beautiful, peaceful oasis! She made fabulous use of a small backyard by creating focal points to visually increase the size of the backyard. Special thanks to Dean of Kingsway landscaping and his team for being such a pleasure to work with - cleaning up every day, polite and respectful to not only me but to my neighbours as well which helped make the project run smoothly.

Jennifer Hayman designed an amazing front yard for me which has neighbours and passerbys stopping to admire. Jennifer was easy to work with and suggested options to choose from. She listened to my ideas and concerns and incorporated them into her design. Her crew were professional, curtious and skilled. Jennifer created a stunning, modern, clean design with low maintanence. She added a bricked area to the front yard to allow a car to pull in leaving access in and out of the driveway for other cars. And crowned each bricked area with boxwoods to complete the look. A large garden area was created and 5 beech trees line the side of the garden . Large stepping stones in the garden allow the eye to follow to the beech trees. The railing on the steps compliment the clean, modern look of the garden. This summer I've invited Jennifer back to design the backyard and plant the front garden. I couldn't be happier. Jennifer has an eye for landscaping and offered several design suggestions to us. She took into account our preferences, our wishes and designed an absolutely beautiful garden. All deadlines were met and on budget. Together with Dean (Kingsway Landscaping), they transformed our property. They also went above and beyond our expectations, helping to fix areas of the backyard that was prone to flooding and remedied problems with our eavestrough drains. WOW!!! We had such a great experience with Jennifer from start to finish. Hands down the best experience we have had hiring people to work on our home since we bought it. We originally thought that our job was going to be too small for Jennifer and were worried that it might be moved down the priority list. This was not the case at all. They started the job when they said they would and were back every day until the job was done (even coming on the weekends to make sure thing were finished on time). Everyone that came to our home was polite and courteous (they even brought my garbage bins in from the curb!). The quality of work is amazing, it was evident that they cared as much about the end product as we did, and made suggestions which made the job better at every stage of the process. They were not afraid to say no to our ideas when they were just not good(which is important I think). The job site was cleaned up every night and the crew was very respectful of all my neighbours. The end product is AMAZING, it is better than we had hoped and now all our of neighbours stop by and tell us how much they like it as well. All in All, the experience was great, the work was great, the people were great, and we now have a front yard that increases the value and and utility of our home and the homes around it. I would strongly recommend Jennifer and her whole team to anyone.

We had a fantastic experience working with Jennifer. After a quick consult, she quickly delivered a simple and elegant plan that maximized our space and helped transform our spartan backyard into a relaxing oasis. Jennifer is very intuitive and quickly grasped what we were after: a clean, west-coast inspired, low maintenance space featuring bamboo, a dining and lounge space and an outdoor fireplace. We also challenged her to obscure our backyard parking pad which she accomplished through clever tree placement and a mix of materials including an Ipe deck, 18" Indian stone and asphalt. Special thanks to Dean at Kingsway Landscape Contractors for delivering an outstanding end product. The team was quick, clean and hassle free. They were also extremely thorough and helpful in providing counsel and/or connecting us with gas and electrical service providers as needed. We're thrilled and highly recommend their services.
