This Dallas high-rise condominium with a 360-degree view of the city reflects the client’s soft contemporary and transitional taste. Our goal was to create an ambiance of casual sophistication that also conveyed a calm, relaxing environment for the homeowner. We furnished the open floor plan, containing entry, living and dining areas plus three bedrooms. One bedroom featured a multi-purpose setup, as it doubled as a den for her teen son to hang out with his friends. Custom furnishings are unique and were sourced from top quality manufacturers.

Cottage chic blue tile and subway tile alcove bathtub photo in Los Angeles

A young family moving from NYC tackled a lightning fast makeover of their new colonial revival home before the arrival of their second child. The kitchen area was quite spacious but needed a facelift and new layout. Painted cabinetry matched to Benjamin Moore’s Light Pewter is balanced by grey glazed rift oak cabinetry on the island. Shiplap paneling on the island and cabinet lend a slightly contemporary edge. White bronze hardware by Schaub & Co. in a contemporary bar shape offer clean lines with some texture in a warm metallic tone. White Marble countertops in “Alpine Mist” create a harmonious color palette while the pale blue/grey Waterworks backsplash adds a touch of color. Inspiration for a mid-sized transitional backyard brick screened-in home design remodel in Baltimore

This project was a highly enjoyable project to both design and deliver with Bonsai Group. The client gave a clear idea of his design aspirations, budget and timeframe, which made delivery of this straight forward. The brief was for a timeless, hotel-like, luxury apartment with a neutral colour palette. Except for a delay on made-to-order pieces from Italy, I’m pleased to say we met and exceeded those expectations. Experiencing the enchanting and ever changing views over Herm, Jethou and Sark was an additional project bonus.
