Coco Design & Build Co.Simple clean design...in this master bathroom renovation things were kept in the same place but in a very different interpretation. The shower is where the exiting one was, but the walls surrounding it were taken out, a curbless floor was installed with a sleek tile-over linear drain that really goes away. A free-standing bathtub is in the same location that the original drop in whirlpool tub lived prior to the renovation. The result is a clean, contemporary design with some interesting "bling" effects like the bubble chandelier and the mirror rounds mosaic tile located in the back of the niche.

Beasley & Henley Interior DesignThe flooring they chose in the main areas is a light toned wood by European Heritage. The study flooring is an unexpected cork by Solida in the color ‘antiquity’, and in the lavish master bathroom they installed a beautiful 1inch mosaic trim and 24x24 Calcatta stone flooring.
In the gourmet kitchen, the design team selected quartz countertops and gas cooktops. The main cabinets are painted in ‘designer white’ and the island in a medium grey.
Beasley & Henley created a modern atmosphere to reflect the area’s demand for upscale, urban residences. The interiors take advantage of the abundance of natural light with its western exposure and expansive windows. Cool colors of blue and grey make for a gorgeous bedroom.

clients, the space felt dated. We relocated all the fixtures. These changes allowed us to add a larger vanity, a tall linen storage cabinet, and a doubled-in-size make-up area (which the client dubbed “her new favourite seat in the house”). Large vintage-inspired tiles, floating rustic shelves, and sleek grey cabinets inject style; a steam shower and modern fixtures add another layer of luxe.
