An updated master bathroom in a vintage 1900 cottage. The plinth based freestanding tub gives an original vintage feel to the room and the modern glassed-in shower adds 21st century amenities with a corner bench, rain shower head, hand held sprayer, and matching decorative grab bars providing safety features. Although the tile looks like marble it is actually easy care porcelain. Cabinetry and beaded wainscoting was designed to look original to the period and all moldings were matched to the homes original. In Wynnewood, PA, we completed a comprehensive home renovation that transformed the entire property. Our services included installing a brand new kitchen with modern cabinets, countertops, and appliances, creating a functional and stylish culinary space. New flooring was laid throughout the home, updating it with durable and attractive materials. A new deck was built to enhance outdoor living and entertainment opportunities. Bathrooms were completely renovated with new fixtures and updated designs, improving both functionality and aesthetics. The entire interior received a fresh coat of paint, revitalizing the home's appearance. We also installed new stairs for improved accessibility and safety. Additionally, the basement was finished to provide additional living space, completing the transformation of this Wynnewood home into a modern and comfortable living environment.

An under used whirlpool tub and inefficient layout were rectified by removing the tub and outdated glass block shower to create a generous walk-in shower area and dual vanity with built ins for storage. Woods and textured materials add warmth and sophistication to the space.

In this masterbath renovation we installed Medallion Platinum Santa Cruz cabinets in Cherry Pecan. Cambria Berekley quartz was used for the countertop with Ogee edge on the front and backsplash with 2 Kohler Caxton undermount white sinks accented with Moen Kingsley faucets in Antique Nickel. In the shower, the waterproofing Schluter system was installed on the walls and floor. A custom 3 panel style frameless shower door with brushed nickle finish hardware. Mirasol 10x14 polished wall tile in Crème Liala with random forest marble mix for the shower floor. Mosaic wall border and back of niche in Sanaa Gendai natural random mosaic. A multi-function shower head with 2 Gianna body sprays were installed in the shower. Brooke 4 light bath bar in antique nickel with etched opal glass with matching pewter robe hook, towel bar accessories. A pocket door was installed.

An accessible shower design with both fixed and hand held shower heads. Both the diverting and pressure valves are lined up within an accessible reach distance. The folding bench seat can be sprayed from either shower head and the recessed can light keeps things visible. Grab bars surround the user for safety.
