We had a tight timeline to turn a dark, outdated kitchen into a modern, family-friendly space that could function as the hub of the home. We enlarged the footprint of the kitchen by changing the orientation and adding an island for better circulation. We swapped out old tile flooring for durable luxury vinyl tiles, dark wood panels for fresh drywall, outdated cabinets with modern Semihandmade ones, and added brand new appliances. We made it modern and warm by adding matte tiles from Heath, new light fixtures, and an open shelf of beautiful ceramics in cool neutrals.

Our clients came to us looking to remodel their condo. They wanted to use this second space as a studio for their parents and guests when they came to visit. Our client found the space to be extremely outdated and wanted to complete a remodel, including new plumbing and electrical. The condo is in an Art-Deco building and the owners wanted to stay with the same style. The cabinet doors in the kitchen were reclaimed wood from a salvage yard. In the bathroom we kept a classic, clean design.

This Avon Lake master bathroom remodel is located in the heart of Cleveland's West side. The original outdated bathroom was completely gutted and transformed in to an updated traditional space with a tile corner shower, dark hardwood floors, distressed cabinets, and many more beautiful amenities.

Classic architectural finishes mixed with fresh colors complete this master suite renovation. Attention to functionality and design, such as well appointed accents and a modern floor plan, have taken this suite from outdated to spectacular.

The before picture of the bathroom shows the outdated and worn fixtures however this was not original to the 1920's home.
