Location: Nantucket, MA, USA This classic Nantucket home had not been renovated in several decades and was in serious need of an update. The vision for this summer home was to be a beautiful, light and peaceful family retreat with the ability to entertain guests and extended family. The focal point of the kitchen is the La Canche Chagny Range in Faience with custom hood to match. We love how the tile backsplash on the Prep Sink wall pulls it all together and picks up on the spectacular colors in the White Princess Quartzite countertops. In a nod to traditional Nantucket Craftsmanship, we used Shiplap Panelling on many of the walls including in the Kitchen and Powder Room. Not only was this kitchen a huge aesthetic transformation from the yellow tones that existed before it, but we increased valuable working and storage space for these cooks! In addition, these grandparents have more than enough little guys to fit into island banquette that was custom built around their oversized island. What a statement! Inspiration for a mid-sized modern medium tone wood floor dining room remodel in San Francisco

To give this condo a more prominent entry hallway, our team designed a large wooden paneled wall made of Brazilian plantation wood, that ran perpendicular to the front door. The paneled wall. To further the uniqueness of this condo, we added a sophisticated wall divider in the middle of the living space, separating the living room from the home office. This divider acted as both a television stand, bookshelf, and fireplace. The floors were given a creamy coconut stain, which was mixed and matched to form a perfect concoction of slate grays and sandy whites. The kitchen, which is located just outside of the living room area, has an open-concept design. The kitchen features a large kitchen island with white countertops, stainless steel appliances, large wooden cabinets, and bar stools. Project designed by Skokie renovation firm, Chi Renovation & Design. They serve the Chicagoland area, and it's surrounding suburbs, with an emphasis on the North Side and North Shore. We transformed this Manhattan family's new Hamptons home in Quogue into a stunning retreat. With the builder leaving the interiors unfinished, we reimagined the spaces, adding family-friendly features, custom-painted elements, hand-hewn beams, and carefully curated decor to create a cohesive, beach-inspired vibe. This bright and airy living room features a neutral palette that enhances its elegance. Luxurious furniture, a cozy fireplace, tasteful decor, and statement lighting create a warm, inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertaining.

We had the pleasure of adding some serious style to this pied-a-terre located in the heart of Austin. With only 750 square feet, we were able to give this Airbnb property a chic combination of both Texan culture and contemporary style via locally sourced artwork and intriguing textiles. We wanted the interior to be attractive to everyone who stepped in the door, so we chose an earth-toned color palette consisting of soft creams, greens, blues, and peach. Contrasting black accents and an eclectic gallery wall fill the space with a welcoming personality that also leaves a “city vibe” feel. For the spacious living room, we ensured plenty of comfortable seating with luxe furnishings for the sophisticated appeal. We added two elegant leather chairs with muted brass accents and a beautiful center table in similar accents to complement the chairs. A tribal artwork strategically placed above the fireplace makes for a great conversation starter at family gatherings. In the large dining area, we chose a wooden dining table with modern chairs and a statement lighting fixture that creates a sharp focal point. A beautiful round mirror on the rear wall creates an illusion of vastness in the dining area. The kitchen has a beautiful island with stunning countertops and plenty of work area to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Built-in appliances and a cooking range add a sophisticated appeal to the kitchen. The home office is designed to be a space that ensures plenty of productivity and positive energy.
