The poor layout of the original kitchen, and the lack of sufficient storage space, led this homeowner to finally decide to renovate. But, despite living in this house for quite a few years, our client did not realize the full potential of their space. That is, of course, until we came in. ​ We demolished some existing walls to create an open space. New walls were built, adding a custom walk-in pantry. We relocated some existing appliances and installed a new fridge, hood vent and a gorgeous Wolf stove. We completely reworked the lighting by adding ambient pot lights, decorative pendants and under-cabinet task lights. ​ The original kitchen did not have any open shelves or glass cabinets. We featured both in a gorgeous display wall, lit by channeled LED strip lights. We included a hidden walk-in pantry and a floor-to-ceiling wine rack to ensure that a celebratory bottle of cabernet sauvignon is never more than a few steps away.

We selected honed Marble Counters and fireplace wall from DaVinci Marble in San Carlos. We selected Marble Systems back splash from All Natural Stone. Our client's home features Wolf/Sub Zero Appliances and Custom hood with Stainless bands and brass rivets. The Cedar and Moss pendants glow over the island. Our client completed her dining room and family room make over with a custom hutch/ work station/ entertainment center all in one! A wonderful functional use of space!

This elegant bathroom involved a fair amount of detailed planning to make many of it's features work out well. The vanity is extra deep at 24" which helped with accommodating drawers under the sink. Trying to fit is the vanity ledge detail along with the faucet, sink and healthy overhang left very little wiggle room for error but it all worked out beautifully and now that it's in place, no one would realize the effort that went into preparing and planning it. The tower in between the two vanity sinks houses the outlets making them much more discreet than if they were on the mirror wall. The original bath had a closed shower. My goal was to open this up allowing for much more natural light in the shower. The half wall also provides a generous recessed soap box. The wall opposite the half wall accommodates a wall to wall granite bench. The overall calming colors are soft green-blue, white and a bit of amber. The play on textures and sheens are quite elegant. Chapel Avenue came to us as a cramped and outdated kitchen, with a peninsula separating the kitchen from the dining area, making the space seem even smaller than it was. Working with this couple, we soon realized they wanted something fun and eclectic to match their personalities. This stylish family of four came to us yearning for added functionality with flair. The couple recently updated other areas of the home on their own quite beautifully, but realized they needed the help of professionals when it came to the kitchen and mudroom. The new kitchen plan enlarged the island with additional seating, eliminated soffits for extra storage and an updated look, and swapped out the desk for a message center with a hidden charging/drop area. A cozy banquette was designed for the eat-in area of the kitchen. Drawers below the bench add storage to this gathering spot. Aesthetic elements with a soft industrial feel to compliment the new interiors were desired. Beautiful island detailing with tall brackets, panels and base molding in a lovely grey paint in contrast to the white perimeter create a focal point for the space. The homeowner sourced a fun light fixture to top off the island. This along with a stainless chimney hood and appliances add to the overall industrial appeal. Grey cabinetry in the mudroom flows with the kitchen while adding cubbies and a bench with lockers above. A cabinetry surround for the washer and dryer integrates the built-ins in a space that works hard while looking pretty.

This eclectic kitchen design in Mission Viejo-Lake View brings light into the space through a large window, which is then beautifully reflected in the mirror paneled pantry doors. The mirrors add depth and light to the space, giving the kitchen a bright, airy feel. Glass pendant lights, recessed lighting, and under- and in-cabinet lights complete the multi-layered lighting design. The Columbia Cabinetry recessed panel kitchen cabinets bring a traditional foundation to the kitchen design. White perimeter cabinetry includes glass front upper cabinets with in cabinet lighting, offering the perfect place to display dishes and glassware. This is beautifully contrasted by gray island cabinetry, all accented by Top Knobs cabinet hardware. The island incorporates seating for casual dining and an angled undercounter power strip. A white engineered quartz countertop is a stylish and practical complement to the cabinetry. The white and gray theme carries through in the marble backsplash, which brings the natural texture and color of this material to the design. A porcelain tile wood look floor brings warmth to the color scheme, in a durable and easy to maintain material. Stainless steel appliances feature throughout the design, including the LG refrigerator and range, Sharp microwave drawer, and Zephyr chimney vent hood. A backsplash tile feature design adds a focal point above the range. The beverage center incorporates a Zephyr wine refrigerator. An Allia by Rohl white fireclay undermount sink is positioned facing the large kitchen window that overlooks a stunning view and is accompanied by a pull-down sprayer faucet. This Mission Viejo-Lake View kitchen design brings together materials, textures, lighting, and complementary colors to create a stunning space. This kitchen is sure to be the center of life in the home, perfect for daily family life, casual dining, sipping a glass of wine while enjoying the view, and entertaining friends. Upon meeting the homeowners of this Nazareth remodel, we quickly realized this was not their first rodeo when it came to kitchen renovations. The project started with a very orange oak kitchen with an awkward layout that did not work for their family. The new u-shaped layout keeps everything needed for preparing daily meals within arms reach, while a central island serves as a landing space and buffet for family gatherings. Undercabinet lighting highlights the gorgeous Fireclay Tile backsplash and Bianco Rafaele marble, while Kichler pendants illuminate the island. The wall was extended at the end of the sink run to allow us to create a small office nook, perfect for typing a quick email or looking up a recipe, and an adjacent bar area allows guests to concoct their own drinks, away from the food prep. This bungalow was sitting on the market, vacant. The owners had it virtually staged but never realized the furniture in the staged photos was too big for the space. Many potential buyers had trouble visualizing their furniture in this small home. We came in and brought all the furniture and accessories and it sold immediately. Sometimes when you see a property for sale online and it is virtually staged, the client might not realize it and expects to see the furniture in the home when they visit. When they don't, they start to question the actual size of the property. We want to create a vibe when you walk in the door.
