This room transformation took 4 weeks to do. It was originally a bedroom and we transformed it into a glamorous walk in dream closet for our client. All cabinets were designed and custom built for her needs. Dresser drawers on the left hold delicates and the top drawer for clutches and large jewelry. The center island was also custom built and it is a jewelry case with a built in bench on the side facing the shoes. Tall glass railings were installed around the deck to maintain the backyard views from the home. Backyard access was very restricted requiring excavation removals to travel via a Betz conveyor system. All materials including substrates, concrete, limestone, mortar, plantings, etc. were wheelbarrowed in by hand.

The owners of this urban condo wanted laundry in their unit. We were able to create a closet for stacked machines and storage too!

Another important feature of the backyard is the 12.5’ x 20’ elevated composite deck off the main floor walkout which runs the full width of the home. Special waterproofing and drainage were installed to redirect rainfall runoff so that the outdoor living room below would be free from unwanted overhead surprises.
