It's amazing what wallpaper, a new mirror and lighting can do! A few simple swaps and we completely transformed this space from dull and boring to a showstopper!

After painting the space a putty color and rearranging the furniture, this area felt much brighter and more current with a much broader appeal to more buyers. The chandelier had been in the breakfast room, but we swapped the fixtures for better proportion and white "hats" replaced the 80's glass hurricane globes.

Swapping out the 66" bathtub for a 48" shower left room for a storage niche with shelves. A linear drain at one side of the shower is more comfortable underfoot than a central round or square drain.

At the request of the homeowner, we incorporated a built-in doll house at the end of the island for her daughter to play while she worked in the kitchen.
