Inspiration for a mid-sized timeless u-shaped travertine floor and beige floor enclosed kitchen remodel in Hawaii with a farmhouse sink, shaker cabinets, dark wood cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a peninsula

New Aspen cabinets from Choice's Premier line were customized with glass front doors to display the customer's prized pottery and sculptures. A trash pullout and 2 banks of drawer bases were included in this layout to maximize space. The stove/microwave and refrigerator swapped locations to optimize the layout.

We swapped the toilet and vanity location for increase spacial flow.

On the Holt remodel, we removed their old wooden pickets and installed our PC12/1 and PC16/2 balusters in Classic Black. We also replaced their white caps with real oak caps and stained the replacements to match the existing rail.

From bland beige to versatile taupe/gray, we created a more sophisticated backdrop with the flexibility to swap out duvets and accessories.

Re-decking can mean much more than just new deck boards. While replacing the decking with new pressure-treated pine, we swapped out the railing with modern dark infill and added built-in planters to the redesigned staircase.

This project took APD to the Oregon Coast for the remodel of two beach house bathrooms! The primary suite was gutted - removing an unused jetted tub in favor of an expansive corner vanity. The shower was opened up by removing an awkwardly located tall cabinet and by swapping a full height wall in favor for a pony wall with glass above. The bathroom is bathed in natural light via the skylight and frosted casement window. A luxurious shower experience was created with ceiling mount rain shower head, wall mount fixed shower head, hand shower on slider bar, and a modern waterfall slab shower bench with integrated niche. A subtle coastal vibe was created with the blue, white, and sandy gray color palette while artistic light fixtures fixtures, clean lined matte black plumbing, and straight stacked tile infuse modernity. In the hall bathroom, a cohesive design was created with added playfulness from the patterned floor tile!

In this condo's main living space, swapping the locations of the seating and eating areas allowed us to position the sofa opposite the fireplace and TV. Of course, with the concrete ceiling, we were unable to wire for a chandelier over the dining table. Instead, we outfitted a shaded fixture with a plug and extra chain and swagged it over the table.
