This sleek modern kitchen was made for the Cabinetsmith showroom. Showcasing our Urban High Gloss cabinets with quartz counter tops. Shining bright in the light. Features brushed nickel handles and stainless steel modern in-set appliances. Set against a brick wall this high gloss kitchen really stands out from the crowd as industrial and modern. The undermount sink leaves full counter space to be revered by the viewer. LED lights hit the cabinets high gloss revealing their reflective quality.

We customized a full home theater with a digital projector, built-in surround sound, and a large projector screen. We built up the second tier so the second level viewers would not be impacted by the spectators in front – much like a public movie theater. The seating is electric and reclinable for optimal comfort. This is the ultimate movie and spectator experience. It is easy to say this trumps a public movie theater in comfort, sound quality, and visual quality.

An elegant home office design with bold blue, custom sideboard, and gold accents. Existing wainscoting was kept white, while a striking rich cobalt blue was painted above. A fun pink chair pops and the coffered ceiling adds interest in an otherwise traditional space. The ceiling was designed at an angle to draw viewers into the room. Gorgeous custom upholstered chairs frame a modern side table and lamp inspired by the clients' world travels. Color and texture flows through the room connecting each piece to the next.

Unassuming from the street, this hideaway family home was a joy! Featuring 5 ensuite bedrooms, floor to ceiling windows, atrium, lap pool, and guest/pool house to boot. This home sold before it even hit the market by first viewers at full asking price.

Loft Master Bedroom with elegant curved walk-in closet and custom-designed viewing platform. For the viewing platform the hickory flooring was carried up and used for the stair treads and platform floor, a metal and cable stairway and rail system was fabricated to mimic the floating stairway coming from the lower level, and sliding doors underneath create ample storage for this open concept bedroom. Because open designs often provide a storage challenge- for additional storage, we converted two RTA pantries into another closet which also serves to dilineate the sleeping area from the rest of the room. An upholstered 4-drawer platform bed and 2 drawer stacks converted to night stands add even more storage. The bulk head running on the long wall was covered with hickory flooring making it functionally multi-usage and a viewing porthole was created allowing a viewer to glimpse the riverfront outside from the 2nd floor. Finally, the detail of a hand-crafted curving shelf large enough to place plants or sculptures upon was added to the top of the stairway facing the curved walk-in closet. Towering Zelkova Trees with their inherit Vase like Shape and delicate leaves light up like a perfect 10 everytime. The results of this landscape lighting stems back to when our team did the landscaping and the ability to earmark the location of these trees to row up on each side of the driveway really contributes to proper orientation of the home on the plot especially deliberate at night to reach out and welcome guests to bring them into this sideways rear flag lot. The House and grounds are immaculate and show up well at night. Properly placed well and uplights on the trees surrounding the home really make it a welcome sight. The Lighting here is cohesive in dominance and controls the direction of the viewers point of view.

The master bedroom has wallpaper on the accent wall at the head of the bed. The other walls are painted a shade of gray. Large mirrors, plus applying mirror surface to a large structural column (not shown) makes this compact master bedroom seem larger than it is. Behind the viewer is the downtown city view.

As enjoyable in the overhead view as it would be by firelight from the hearth, this sublime rug is an inspired choice for the dual viewing opportunities this room affords. Its large, splendiferous medallion from above accentuates the grand scale of the walls while the refinement of its finely etched drawing and age-softened colors provide immeasurable delight for up-close enjoyment. At 170-years- of-age, this well-proportioned, virtuoso Kermanshah Court carpet draws the viewer to delve deeply into its attentively rendered botanical imagery. With this entirely one-in-the-world piece on the floor, the comfortable ample seating and space for a game of cards creates a tempting oasis for relaxation.

The spaced pavers bring the viewer into the bed and lawn, while coordinating with the house. A classic English garden planting uses regionally appropriate plants to provide an easy-care garden.

This hand-cut flagstone patio with seatwall and inset lighting complements its beautiful woodland surroundings just outside Athens GA. The double function of the seatwall gives a clean, uncluttered look, as the space is kept free of furniture. The patio is designed and located to create an inviting view from the house, drawing the viewer outside, but without obstructing the view of the grounds. ZoomWorks

At this residence, we created a small flagstone patio and backyard fire area nestled in the corner of their property. A pondless water feature starts behind the fire pit. Its first set of falls cascade down toward the fire and the viewers, then the stream winds its way around the boulders that contain the fire area. The final cascade faces the house and outdoor kitchen, making the feature visible and audible from all outdoor living areas. Plantings provide seasonal color and screening from the golf course without blocking the broader view.
