“I hired Woods Project Managemnt to manage the construction of my house from start to finish. Woods Project Management was cruicial in the every step of the process. WPM took the guess work out of the project stress off my wife and I during the build. There were mistakes caught by WPM in the review stage of of the drawings that would have been major issues during construction that would have likely resulted in budget overruns and delays. During constrution Woods Project Management oversaw all the subcontractors, mangement the schedule, payments and budgets. House builds can be very challanging as there are never ending changes made during the constuction process. WPM helped emensly with change orders during the construction phase of the project. Change orders were absolutely painless and the result was exactly as hoped. Our project was deliverend ontime and on budget! “Having spoken to a number of prospective architects we felt that Martin could deliver the brief we were looking for. We asked that Martin capture what mattered to us rather than what the house would look like. The brief was quite simple, we wanted to incorporate the panoramic views of the surrounding countryside whilst having separate living and sleeping quarters. We wanted a modern build, but importantly it had to fit into its surroundings. Martin drew up a plan that required little change as he had taken on board exactly what we were looking for from the outset. Martin explained the drawings (which he also created in 3D) to us so that we were sure about our choices before the work started. As it was a green field site, the day we started digging we knew the budget and the design reflected this. The building process was seamless, with both Martin and our contractor working together to deliver a build in under 10 months. What we're left with is a beautiful house that has an incredible calm and lovely feel to it. Martin thought of everything, even down to the orientation of our L shaped house on the site and how it now welcomes us up the driveway. With extensive uninterrupted views to the south and the sleeping and living quarters separated by a large hall, Martin absolutely nailed the brief. We honestly wouldn't change one thing about the house and couldn't recommend Martin highly enough.”
