“Once I pulled-up in front of our then 60% completed home back in mid-summer last year, I knew in an instant, this was OUR Home! While planning our return to Michigan from NC, I had been looking at homes each month during my round-trip visits during early and mid 2025 from NC to MI. Our home in NC was on the market and we had not had much luck locating a new home that met our wants and needs.
