Swimming Pool Designers & Installers Near Trimble

“Some of the many projects that By The Blade has done for us are featured here on Houzz. And while the transformation of our outdoor environment is obvious, and the daily enjoyment by us and our family and guests is likewise obvious, My review today is not about the original work but rather how well they stand behind it even when there are circumstances beyond their control. The beautiful sidewalk and grill patio shown on this page was magnificent when installed five years ago. However, a few pieces of the flagstone developed issues and degraded. This was not BtB's fault. Their normally top-grade supplier received rock from a quarry that was inconsistent but not something that could be seen during installation. Eventually, the quarry was closed even though the vast majority of the rock was fine. Lucky us, we had a few bad pieces that broke, cracked, and flaked. Today, a By The Blade team is making significant repairs to the grill patio and is completely replacing the front walk. My only out-of-pocket is for upgraded joints in the back using a brand new material and an upgrade to a different style of stone in the front. They could have easily walked away from this after all this time and sent me to another contractor who would have charged thousands for the same work. Anyone can stand behind their own work, but to stand behind someone else's natural product after 5 years is service at another level.”

“My Berry Outdoor patio is a work of art. Well-crafted art. From concept meetings with Brett to completion the project was a pleasure. It took a bit longer than we wanted because of Covid and supply chain issues, but the final product was worth the wait. The men on the crews were helpful, exceptionally polite and worked hard and meticulously. Special thanks to Nate and Dalton who were a joy to work with. The final product is beautiful, functional and likely will last for centuries.”

“Everything about working with Elliot at Rock & Wall Landscape was easy! He came out the day I called for an estimate, was very knowledgable about the materials he recommended, and understood the scope of the project. His team was in and out and very neat. Looks outstanding! Would hire again and would absolutely recommend.”
