“am amending my review. Initially, I gave Lee swimming pools a very poor rating. After being contacted by Joel (the owner) after my review. Joel came out and made everything right. Being in business myself, I understand that sometimes associates or employees don’t always make the right call. It happens. This was the case in my situation. Joel personally came out and rectified my problem. He also offered to give me my money back, which I did not accept. My only goal was to get the work completed that I had paid for. Joel seems like a standup guy, and cares very much about the quality provided by his business. Previously posted here, but not as a user, so I cannot update my previous review.”
