“My experience with Chase as my co-designer in bringing my ideas for a front porch entrance area into practical & actionable drawings was very good. All of his prior work, done in the Seattle area, that I was able to see really stood out to me as unique in style but had a very solid & purposeful finish as though that project could not have been done better. Our project would be considered small; simply adding a front porch at the time we definitely needed a full re-roofing of our existing home. I worked with Chase over the phone & skype to exchange ideas with him of details I would ideally like to encompass in this new porch/entryway. I sent him measurements of our existing home and property lines and he carefully measured & documented major structural components of our existing home when he was in the area so that he could accurately draw the correct placement & structural changes needed to complete our new porch.
