Drain line ejector pump

I have a single story house on a slab. I am installing a washer in my garage. There is no available drain line in the Garage. I am using a laundry tub for my washer discharge. It has an ejector pump on the bottom of the tub. The pump has a check valve to prevent the water in the vertical pipe from flowing back into the sink. My discharge line runs up into the attic, then across the attic at 1/4" + slope.

I don't believe the horizontal drain will be an issue as I upsized the pipe and insulated it. My issue is having standing water in the vertical portion of the pipe above the check valve and into the attic. Is there any way to install some sort of relieve fitting just below the ceiling to drain the water above the ceiling back into the sink.
