Cabinet pulls for kitchen

last modified: 12 years ago
We are building a house. I want a bright colored kitchen. It will have Wellington dark brown/black espresso quartz countertops. Backsplash will be 2 x 4" Auburn (red)subway tile w chocolate grout. Tiledots will make a 4" accent piece on the backsplash ending with a mosaic over the stove in reds, browns, tans, etc around a rooster tile mural. The cabinets are medium brown. Bar stools are a Terracotta sunbrella fabric (not as bright as the sketch) from La Lune collection (found on Houzz). Question: I am looking at this 5" drawer pull and knobs - in black and cherry wood - for the cabinets because I want to bring in a little red on the cabinets to tie in the colors. What do you think?

After looking at thousands of drawer pulls on the internet, cabinet, hardware stores - I find that there are lots of these SAME pulls with different names - Gladstone, Gatehouse, Sonoma, Belwith variously described as Oil Rubbed Bronze/Cherry, Black/cherry and Aged Bronze & cherry. They range from ~$5 to $2.97 at Lowes and they are all made in China and they are all the exact same knob!

We can work with you to custom design and fabricate your perfect cabinet pull, right here in the USA. The cost would be around $65-$75 each for a custom designed pull with a minimum order of 25. Lead time depends on our current work load but is usually 6 to 8 weeks from approved samples.
We have been creating custom hardware for over 20 years and are located 10-15 minutes from Beverly Hills in the Historic Jefferson Park District of Los Angeles Ca.

Try Amazon.com. I just replaced 32 door handles and 10 drawer pulls for $70! And both items had 5 star reviews with dozens of reviews.

Yes, An Estimate for One Custom Designed and Fabricated Pull is $65 to $75. Of course if you are adding gold or silver embellishments or a difficult shape to produce, the cost would be higher. If you have a photo or a drawing of a pull you like but want to make better or larger and know the finish you want, I can provide you with a firm quote.

We will be out of your budget range. Anything you purchase at that price point from the normal large suppliers will made in China. Almost all of those pulls will also be zinc that is plated.
There are many pulls in your price range. Keep searching.
Your project is coming along very nicely.
    Good Luck!
