Taking into account the client’s lifestyle, needs and vision, we presented a contemporary design with an industrial converted-warehouse feel inspired by a photo the clients love. The showpiece is the functioning garage door which separates a 3-season room and open deck.
While, officially a 3-season room, additional features were implemented to extend the usability of the space in both hot and cold months. Examples include removable glass and screen panels, power screen at garage door, ceiling fans, a heated tile floor, gas fire pit and a covered grilling station complete with an exterior-grade range hood, gas line and access to both the 3-season room and new mudroom.

There are several canyon roads that quickly gain elevation into mountains, just west of Boulder. Homeowners who live in these 'Foothills' have the convenience of being close to town, but have a much shorter and rugged growing season. Wind, hail, plenty of two & four legged critters, dry conditions, and summer thunderstorms all make for landscape design challenges. Ecoscape took all this into account when creating this patio garden that frames the edge of the property to expansive views.

This basement renovation took into account the homeowner's active lifestyle, connection to the river and the need for a space that can support friends being active, having fun, entertaining or relaxing.

the mudroom was even with the first floor and included an interior stairway down to the garage level. Careful consideration was taken into account when laying out the wall and ceiling paneling to make sure all the beads align.

Front view of a replacement metal roof on the primary house, breezeway, and garage of an expansive residence in Waccabuc, New York. The uncluttered and sleek lines of this mid-century modern residence combined with organic, geometric forms to create numerous ridges and valleys which had to be taken into account during the installation. Further, numerous protrusions had to be navigated and flashed. We specified and installed Englert 24 gauge steel in matte black to compliment the dark brown siding of this residence. All in, this installation required 6,300 square feet of standing seam steel.

The key to success with all of his clients is trust and accountability, notes Austin. Of course, it helps that his aesthetics are impeccable. When asked what his client thought about his new home design, Austin says he was recently asked to renovate the client's New York City apartment. The client wrote: "Perhaps we can do as well in NY as we did in DC, which I must say, sets the bar pretty high."

Art Dallas’s first big account: Hard Rock Café – through that experience we learned what it means to deal with large numbers of pieces, all different, and for different locations. How to pull together technology and organizational expertise to do complex high-end framing jobs on a budget.
Framing and handling valuable material has become a speciality for Art Dallas.

This retaining wall is stepped to account for the rising planting bed behind hit. The stone is a blend of many natural colors in red and brown hues with an off-white cap. It also neatly frames the seating area between itself and the pool.
