This home was built as and addition adjoining this residence and their son's home in a scenic, picturesque setting. The bank of windows captured the treehouse aura perfectly. The home was designed to adhere to barrier free requirements while still maintaining, comfort, a sense of luxury and space to entertain a brood of children and grandchildren.

Power washed the siding, deck, and fence areas plus hand washed the trim and doors to remove all dirt, mildew, and loose paint so the new finish coat will adhere properly. Painted the soffit, wood siding, windows, shutters, doors, door frames, facia, aluminum siding, foundation, stucco, overhead garage doors.

This rambler floor plan has unmatched functionality while adhering to an aesthetically appealing design. The seamless transition from the 12' ceilings in the great room to the 9’ ceilings in the dining room aid in the spacious, open-concept atmosphere of this home. The rift white oak drop down ceiling soffit in the great room, in addition to the Origin limestone fireplace and white oak wood flooring, adds warmth and texture to this modern design.

The enclosed arch design of the project’s masonry is one of many reflections of Japanese influence. In material selection, our choices focused on three basic criteria: design adherence, longevity and practicality.

Project Objectives: Reconfigure the home layout for optimal use of space and natural light. Update all appliances, fixtures, and finishes to contemporary, eco-friendly alternatives. Implement smart technology for home automation and energy management. Enhance outdoor living areas for year-round enjoyment and aesthetic appeal. Ensure the remodel adheres to strict timelines, budgetary guidelines, and safety standards.
