Designed as part of the Hearth Residence whole-home renovation, this custom coffee bar and beverage station combines open shelving, wine storage, and concealed cabinetry within a single millwork feature. Affectionately called The Magnolia, a reference to the architect's Southern upbringing, this project was a grass roots exploration of farmhouse architecture. Located in Phoenix, Arizona’s idyllic Arcadia neighborhood, the home gives a nod to the area’s citrus orchard history.
Echoing the past while embracing current millennial design expectations, this just-complete speculative family home hosts four bedrooms, an office, open living with a separate “dirty kitchen”, and the Stone Bar. Positioned in the Northwestern portion of the site, the Stone Bar provides entertainment for the interior and exterior spaces. With retracting sliding glass doors and windows above the bar, the space opens up to provide a multipurpose playspace for kids and adults alike.
Nearly as eyecatching as the Camelback Mountain view is the stunning use of exposed beams, stone, and mill scale steel in this grass roots exploration of farmhouse architecture. White painted siding, white interior walls, and warm wood floors communicate a harmonious embrace in this soothing, family-friendly abode.

THE WOODEN DOOR WITH DECORATIVE FRAME AS THE DISTINGUISHING ELEMENT OF A PROJECT EXTENDING INTO THE LIVING AREA.
The Vintage collection is inspired by imagery which is coming to the fore in modern new trends in taste. Intended for people with a fresh, nostalgia-free outlook regarding the shapes of the recent past, Vintage reinterprets the door according to a broader, design-oriented decorative concept in which kitchen furnishings are blended into the living area. To meet the more sophisticated and demanding requests, the finish of the ShellSystem profile and the plinth of the model are available in the same color of the door, having as result a tone on tone effect. The ShellSystem structure, which was previously used only horizontally, to create handgrips for the doors on the base units, has now been extended vertically to the columns.

Hudson Valley Lighting Danville 5 Light Chandelier
Curves of sumptuous crystal beads shape Danville’s graceful contours. While the chandeliers’ glamour owes to crystal drops and polished metal rings, their open form enlivens the play of light and shadows. Danville’s luxurious materials acclimate well to formal settings, yet, the airy quality of the designs suggests a broader range of decorating possibilities.

When a design-build kitchen remodel and interior design are in unison, it means that the process of renovating or creating a new kitchen is seamlessly integrated with the overall aesthetic and functional goals of the entire interior space. This unified approach ensures that every aspect of the kitchen remodel aligns with and enhances the broader design vision for the home. This stunning Ijamsville Maryland home renovation is an example of that unity in a project.

Sustainability emerged as a cornerstone of the renovation endeavor. The project focused on energy-efficient solutions such as the installation of mini-split units for heating and cooling as well as addressing the inefficiencies of the original ductwork. This commitment to sustainability exemplifies a broader dedication to eco-conscious practices within the renovation sector. "We modeled the whole house of fenestration around the NanaWalls,” Kosis said, regarding decisions about energy efficiency and sustainable renovation options.
