The homeowners wanted the range area to be its own focal point, so we designed it to look like a hutch with the glass doors, open shelving, brackets, and bead board. This custom white pergola is draped in Wisteria and New Dawn Roses, has a New York bluestone base and is used in season to shade a hammock. The garden is bordered by Endless Summer Hydrangea planted in front of Rhododendron privacy hedge.

Kohler offers a very sleek shower base with a trench drain which is great cost savings over tile shower base. Not to mention it is much easier to clean and looks great with the teak trench insert. In lieu of a tile shower seat which can be nasty to detail and can also unnecessarily take up shower floor space; we used a movable teak bench that blends nicely with the teak trench cover and gives a more spa-like feel.

We stained the concrete with a water based concrete stain, buffed the concrete then sealed it with three coats of a urethane hybrid coating. This coating is VOC free and leaves a semi-gloss finish.

Bickley Artisan Concrete, Issaquah, WA This poured in place top concrete countertop was created using a custom countertop mix with dry charcoal pigment integrally added. To enhance the color a water based black dye was rubbed into the surface. It was sealed using a solvent based sealer.

The Skovby SM 39 dining table has a very characteristic design with a sculptural V-shaped base. Easy and simple extension of the table The dynamic appearance of the dining table is emphasized by an undivided tabletop and the same patented extension system as in the Skovby SM 38 dining table; a light push to the tabletop reveals the hidden extension leaf, which is easily put into place in continuation of the dining tabletop. The advantage of this base is that you can place the chairs around the dining table as you please, without having to consider the dining table legs. The dining table will seat 10 people when fully extended.

This kitchen is full of fun elements that reflect the clients personality. Taking their favorite color into consideration, purple was used as an accent and incorporated into the display cube making it a focal point in the kitchen. This accent color highlights the small flecks of amethyst within the countertop material that is continued through the waterfall peninsula and surrounds the fireplace in the adjacent room. Because of the long run of large windows in this kitchen, we had the opportunity to design with primarily base cabinets making the space feel very open and airy and maximized the amount of natural light coming in. In order to break up the long run of cabinetry, we intentionally designed a darker finish around the Galley Workstation. Having a great view of the beautiful backyard is an added bonus!

Deliberately implement down-to-earth aesthetics with the Drive industrial modern round dining table. Fashioned on a cast iron pedestal base, the round pine top is braced in a rim of iron to connote progress amidst rustic conditions.
