The upstairs hall bathroom was redesigned within the existing footprint to allow for a more traditional, brighter and open feeling bathroom. Wood wainscot board and batten paneling, recessed medicine cabinet, white hex tile floor, and vintage style fixtures all help this bathroom to feel like it’s always been here. To open up the space, a glass wall replaced the wall at the end of the tub, and the wood paneling seamlessly transitions to white subway tile with a cap at the same height in the shower

This kitchen design in Newtown, PA offsets the more traditional white kitchen cabinets with grey and stainless steel accents throughout, to create an elegant transitional design. The kitchen is designed with zones to suit the different needs of a busy household. The island includes a round table top, perfect for dining and entertaining, and the pendant lights over the island are completed with an Edison bulb. The wine refrigerator and beverage center are complemented by a mosaic glass backsplash. The desk area provides space for work or study as well as a 32" television for entertainment. The design is filled with beautiful features including a chimney hood, Carrera backsplash, microwave drawer, under-cabinet lights, slate-like floor, and much more!

This house had not been upgraded since the 1960s. As a result, it needed to be modernized for aesthetic and functional reasons. At first we worked on the powder room and small master bathroom. Over time, we also gutted the kitchen, originally three small rooms, and combined it into one large and modern space. The decor has a rustic style with a modern flair, which is reflected in much of the furniture choices. Interior Design by Rachael Liberman and Photos by Arclight Images

This bathroom in our client's lovely three bedroom one bath home in the North Park Neighborhood needed some serious help. The existing layout and size created a cramped space seriously lacking storage and counter space. The goal of the remodel was to expand the bathroom to add a larger vanity, bigger bath tub long and deep enough for soaking, smart storage solutions, and a bright updated look. To do this we pushed the southern wall 18 inches, flipped flopped the vanity to the opposite wall, and rotated the toilet. A new 72 inch three-wall alcove tub with subway tile and a playfull blue penny tile make create the spacous and bright bath/shower enclosure. The custom made-to-order shower curtain is a fun alternative to a custom glass door. A small built-in tower of storage cubbies tucks in behind wall holding the shower plumbing. The vanity area inlcudes an Ikea cabinet, counter, and faucet with simple mirror medicine cabinet and chrome wall sconces. The wall color is Reflection by Sherwin-Williams.

Floating stainless steel shelves pick up the stainless accents throughout the kitchen and sitting room. The ceramic wall tile carries up the wall to the ceiling, encasing a large arched window. The antique lights over the island were salvaged from a ship, the custom made table has a durable top made to withstand water spotting.
