Each cushion is identical to its neighbors on matching dining chairs. The cording creates a rhythm around the perimeter, and is in the two colors of this beautiful silk damask fabric. You will see the chair tie tassels at the back in the next photo. This Conservatory called for not only custom ordered fixed screens to give the protection from the glass panes of the ceiling, but also solar shades for the windows as well. We worked with the conservatory builders to design pockets that were concealed within the architecture of the structure, allowing the shades to disappear when not in use. This photo is taken with the shades installed and concealed inside the pockets. The brown flaps are visible at the bottom of the pocket. Strips of veneer were later attached to the flaps so that the pockets completely blended in and became a part of the structure.

The tile above the short ends of the tub was in poor condition so it was replaced with a closely matched white tile. The shower hardware is American Standard in shiny chrome and the almond toilet is a later addition which wasn't replaced. To add some elegance, the tile was extended around the entire room. Not visible are ceramic towel bars and toilet roll holder that matched as near as possible to the shower soap holder. The unglazed porcelain mosaic tile worked perfect as a replacement for the original tile; with the master bathroom as a template, creating a design for the two shared bathrooms was simple. In most situations, we do not even charge extra... it just takes a few more measurements on our clients part, much less expensive than sending templates. For this project, there was only the one panel that measured - 10-1/16" x 24-5/8". The colors and textures of the glass used was: For the Leaves there was a random mix of three colors. Spectrum Glass - 528-4W - Olive Green WaterGlass Spectrum Glass - 518-1W - Bronze WaterGlass Spectrum Glass - 111W - Dark Amber WaterGlass The Outside Border was - Spectrum Glass - 319-02S - Pale, Amber White Wispy. And the Inside Background Glass was - STJ-121 - Chinchilla - a fairly obscure glass. Again we used our Dark Antique Tiffany Leading as this was an intricate design. We feel the results were spectacular, and our clients were very pleased. .
