“Good-Man Home Improvements did an outstanding job from initial design advice and coordination, to top quality materials and craftsmanship, to staying on budget. All craftsmen including Good-Man employees, sub contractors , and vendors demonstrated professionalism and courtesies, left the job site clean and orderly, hauled away debris as needed throughout the project A real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Good-Man Home Improvements LLC for consideration for all types of home improvement projects.”

“Pantall Construction built our house in Bethany Beach (Errett Rd). We tore down our older house and built a new one on the lot. After making the decision, we consulted with close to a dozen construction companies and contractor down in the area, including all of the major names. Pantall provided the best quality to value by far. We toured completed work sites for all of the partners we were considering and found the quality of Pantall's work to be top tier. Their construction was stronger (I was checking how sturdy rails and sconces were to my wife's embarrassment!) and their finishes were beautiful and clean. As we started discussing plans and options, Scott Pantall quickly won our trust as an experienced, honest, and fair professional. He did not try to up-sale for the sake of increasing his revenue. He, instead, listened to what we wanted, proposed options and solutions and let us decide what we wanted to do. After construction started, our trust in his ability to deliver our project was confirmed. It was also clear that Scott had done a great job embedding the right behaviors and skills for quality work in his team members. We were honestly surprised and impressed by how Scott and his team made the construction of a 4,400 sqft house from the ground up...easy and smooth. The project was delivered on time and as close to budget as we could have expected. His team did a great job cleaning the site post construction. When they say key-in-hand, they mean it. The best recommendation that I could give Pantall Construction and its owner, Scott, is that we are considering additional builds in the area, and we know that we do not need to shop around. We will go with Pantall and Scott.”

“We had what seemed to be a very daunting project from start to finish, adding on here and there to an already refurbished house, and also me being very particular with certain things that I wanted to incorporate into the design without going too far off budget! I had my doubts that I could trust any contractor to see my vision and accomplish our goals in addition to fitting into the time period we needed to have it all done. It all was a lot to ask of someone, but Mike Poole and his team were able to pull it off despite the timeline, my particular taste, and our budget. He not only accomplished those things but was also able to smooth things over when we had a million questions and concerns, plus go out of his way to see that things got done the right way! It's not always easy to find someone who would go the extra mile. I grew up with a father who was a perfectionist in everything he did, so I have to say I did have a microscope on things when it came to the final touches and the way things were done. Mike made sure it was done right, and we appreciated that very much. Since we didn't live close by, it was difficult to constantly be there to see the work, but we trusted Mike to make sure it was all done properly, and we weren't wrong. He and his team did a remarkable job, and we are very grateful for his ability to handle the tremendous amount of stress and attention to detail. He was prompt in returning our calls and emails and kept in touch constantly so we weren't hanging and wondering what was going on. It was a complete joy working with Mike and getting to know him.....and we also enjoyed making him laugh when we didn't always have it all together!!! Thanks Mike for everything!!”
