Design-Build Contractors & Firms Near Berlin

“Good-Man Home Improvements did an outstanding job from initial design advice and coordination, to top quality materials and craftsmanship, to staying on budget. All craftsmen including Good-Man employees, sub contractors , and vendors demonstrated professionalism and courtesies, left the job site clean and orderly, hauled away debris as needed throughout the project A real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Good-Man Home Improvements LLC for consideration for all types of home improvement projects.”

“We'd been wanting to renovate our beach condo for years but kept running into contractors who weren't interested in a project this small. Turnstone took it on without hesitation. It's about 750 square feet with beautiful ocean views, and they did a complete gut renovation that finally lets us enjoy the space. They converted the unconditioned front porch into year-round living area, installed modern appliances, new HVAC, and updated plumbing, and added a retractable sliding door that opens the entire room to the view. Morgan Garms, our project manager, was terrific throughout, Jason the superintendent kept everything moving, and Lisa the selections coordinator guided us through every choice. Erik & Erin designed our place & made our little condo feel much bigger. It is better than we ever dreamed it could be. We absolutely love it and loved the whole team. We couldn't be happier.”

“Pantall Construction built our house in Bethany Beach (Errett Rd). We tore down our older house and built a new one on the lot. After making the decision, we consulted with close to a dozen construction companies and contractor down in the area, including all of the major names. Pantall provided the best quality to value by far. We toured completed work sites for all of the partners we were considering and found the quality of Pantall's work to be top tier. Their construction was stronger (I was checking how sturdy rails and sconces were to my wife's embarrassment!) and their finishes were beautiful and clean. As we started discussing plans and options, Scott Pantall quickly won our trust as an experienced, honest, and fair professional. He did not try to up-sale for the sake of increasing his revenue. He, instead, listened to what we wanted, proposed options and solutions and let us decide what we wanted to do. After construction started, our trust in his ability to deliver our project was confirmed. It was also clear that Scott had done a great job embedding the right behaviors and skills for quality work in his team members. We were honestly surprised and impressed by how Scott and his team made the construction of a 4,400 sqft house from the ground up...easy and smooth. The project was delivered on time and as close to budget as we could have expected. His team did a great job cleaning the site post construction. When they say key-in-hand, they mean it. The best recommendation that I could give Pantall Construction and its owner, Scott, is that we are considering additional builds in the area, and we know that we do not need to shop around. We will go with Pantall and Scott.”
