Home Remodelers Near Evergreen

“We used CH&D to redo our master bathroom and expand our closet and we are absolutely in love with the final result. We live in a 1915 craftsman home in Denver and space and storage were our main challenges. Out of all of the design companies we consulted, they were the only ones who could develop a plan to increase storage without expanding the footprint of the house or substantially limiting the space from another room. They walked us through every step of their process so there would be no surprises and took time to do things right, even if it meant adding extra time to the schedule. You never know what you're going to encounter with an old home until you start demolition and their employees made sure to consult with us on any of their findings and suggestions to ensure the final outcome was the best possible. They were open to reusing as many original materials from the house as well, including converting the original bathroom door to a pocket door due to our tight layout, and salvaging the original hardwood under the bathroom tile to fill in the threshold and spots in our closet where the floor was torn up for other projects. We've done many renos ourselves and know just how messy construction can be. We were amazed at the level of care and preparation the team took to protect our space and contain the construction dust to the working area. All of the workers who came through were kind and understanding when we asked them to be mindful of our dog and fence gate as they came in and out. We would definitely recommend Colorado Homes and Design for any of your needs!”

“I am a builder that does new builds and lots of remodels. I work with many designers, but of all the designers I have worked with Rivington Marx is by far the best. Troy is so easy to work with. He is kind, attentive, he responds quickly to calls, text and emails and is not pushy on the design that he sees for the project but listens to the client to get their feedback and buy-in to the vision he has. If the client has any request that vary from his original vision, he seamlessly creates a design that still captures what he is going for but captures what he client is desiring. He is absolutely amazing. Anyone considering another designer vs Troy will not go wrong going forward with Troy. I have had the pleasure of working with Annie with Rivington Marx as well. She is extremely talented. Like Troy, she has a design for layout and color. Annie is so accommodating and listens to the client as opposed to telling the client what they need to go with. She is wonderful with cabinet layouts, creating not only function in the cabinet area but great balance to the overall visuals of the cabinet areas. I have really enjoyed working with Annie! Eric is also amazing to work with. I have really enjoyed all of my interactions with Eric. He is so polite, kind and accommodating. He manages the project with great precision and is really on top of all the needed aspects of the project. He is very talented in the project management and implementing the vision created by Troy and Annie. He is very important part of the Rivington Max team. He will absolutely make you feel at ease in your project. Chandra has been wonderful to work with. She is also so kind and accommodating. I have not had as much time with Chandra as I have with Troy, Annie and Eric, but all of my interactions to-date with Chandra have been wonderful. I look forward to getting to know her better on future project. My overall feedback is that Rivington Marx is a high class, very organized, and very competent design team. You will not go wrong or regret hiring Rivington Marx for your project Bryson Clark Stone Draft Homes”

“We couldn’t be happier with the incredible work A2Z Builders did on our home remodel. From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. One of the standout aspects of working with A2Z Builders was their seamless communication. Using WhatsApp, they kept track of every request, update, and change throughout the project. This made the entire process transparent, organized, and stress-free. Satchel, the Lead Project Manager, was truly the heart of the project. His patience, responsiveness, and empathy made the renovation experience smooth and enjoyable. He was detail-oriented, ensured everything was done correctly, and welcomed changes without hesitation. Satchel’s leadership gave us confidence that our home was in the best hands. I'm already recommending Satchel to friends and family for remodeling projects because he's simply amazing! Philipe, another Project Manager, deserves recognition for his dedication to keeping the crew on time and each task running smoothly. His consistent presence onsite ensured that deadlines were met and quality was maintained. Thanks to his oversight, we always knew the project was progressing exactly as planned. He also has a great eye for style and gave us lots of recommendations :) Macy, Lead Designer, brought our vision to life with creativity and expertise. She guided us through the kitchen layout, tile selections, and bathroom accessories, helping us achieve a design that perfectly balanced our different styles. Her eye for detail tied the entire remodel together beautifully—from the kitchen and bathroom to the fireplace and beyond. We wholeheartedly recommend A2Z Builders to anyone considering a renovation—whether small or a full house remodel. Their team is professional, talented, and genuinely cares about their clients. Choosing A2Z Builders was the best decision we made, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Satchel, Philipe, and Macy made the experience unforgettable, and we are grateful for their dedication, professionalism and expertise. Also, they were a blast to work with and we can't wait to do more projects with this team in the very near future!”
