General Contractors Near Cincinnati

“Recently I called about a problem with a fence gate that Rock Island had built for my yard. Even though the fence had been constructed a couple of years ago, workers came out promptly and took care of the problem. I've had a number of projects that Rock Island has created for me and am always pleased with the quality of their work and their willingness to stand behind it. Workers are friendly, and when they've completed the job, there's never evidence of any mess left behind.”

“We recently hired Modern Craftsman Remodeling Company to fully remodel our basement- and honestly, we couldn't have made a better choice. There was basically nothing in the space except some rough, leftover work from previous homeowners. With Chris' contracting expertise and Jasmine's eye for design, the space was completely transformed into something we actually love. What used to be a forgotten place of the house, is now a beautiful yet functional extension of our home, complete with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and guest bedroom. One of the coolest parts of the process was seeing the renderings Jasmine created before any work even began. Getting a clear picture of the final vision early on made the whole experience exciting and real. It helped us feel confident every step of the way. Chris and Jasmine's thoughtful planning and attention to detail is what really set them apart from other contractors. As two working parents with children under 12, time is one of our most valuable resources- and after years of my husband and I saying, "we'll get to it eventually," we finally realized it was time to hire professionals. We are so thankful we did. Chris and Jasmine respected our time, kept us in the loop, and earned our trust quickly. We were able to get out of their way and let them run with it. More importantly, we stopped spending weekends at Home Depot wandering the aisles like lost souls! Letting Chris and Jasmine handle everything, gave us the freedom to do what we actually enjoy: spending time with our family. Now the basement has become a favorite hangout spot for the kids. In fact, it's our new ritual to head down there for movie nights. It's been so much more than just a renovation. It has added joy and togetherness to our home. We cannot recommend this team enough. They care deeply about what they do, and it shows in every detail-from the craftsmanship to the communication. If you are thinking of working with Modern Craftsman Remodeling Co., GO FOR IT! You'll be so glad you did. Our family is already dreaming up our next project with them!”

“I started working with JD 2 years ago to start thinking about my future kitchen remodel. Finally it was time to start the project. I vetted 5 different contract companies and landed on Staley Transformations for 3 primary reasons: 1) They offered a full-service package. I wanted support to identify the best cabinets, granite, etc. JD was great to set me up for success. 2) I really liked the idea that I would have my own 2-man crew dedicated to my project. 3) Their pricing was in line with my expectations of service and my budget. The Staley crew was fantastic. They were respectful and were actually "easy" to have in our house while myself and my husband were both working in our home offices. They arrived when they said they would arrive and left when they said they would leave and cleaned up before they left every day! The support and direction on what I needed to pick out was exactly what I needed. I felt like both JD and my on-site crew were really my partners in the project. Also - as the project got started, my husband and I realized there were some extras that we wanted to add "while they were here". They were able to accommodate all of them and the cost for the labor and materials was very reasonable. We are thrilled with our final project and would highly recommend Staley Transformations to anyone and everyone looking for a contractor that shows up, does great work, and works with you to develop a beautiful remodel that enhances your home!”
