“We actually began a remodel of our kitchen and master bedroom with a design/build firm other than Sardone/McLain. After a few months of back-and-forth with the designer and builder it became apparent that they didn't really seem interested in anything other than getting the contract. We'd also started hearing stories from our neighbors about the firm not finishing jobs in a timely manner, and going days or weeks without showing up. Even though we'd already spent several thousand dollars with them we decided to look at other firms. Through Houzz we found Sardone / McLain. When they took over this project, they came over and wanted to know how we live in our house. they asked "What are the things about the house you love? What are the things that you would like to see better. How do you use it? Where do you spend most of your time? Where do your guests congregate?" “Eric Cantu Remodeling was the best choice we could have made. Jason and his crews did amazing work, so much so that we decided to increase the original scope. We had new wood floors installed throughout the home (with a custom design at the entry that matched the fireplace), added a large walk-in pantry, painted several rooms, remodeled one bath and converted a bar area to a powder bath. “Our experience with Yossi, Solomon and the entire team was a truly remarkable experience and a blessing at a time when we had no idea how to tackle a very difficult situation. We bought a home and had to unexpectedly do a complete restoration due to extensive termite damage, wood rot, and other hidden issues. Yossi and team had to pick up where another team left off, redo work and complete the rest of the home. It was no small feat, and the circumstances were not ideal. The project management, communication, honest conversations, and workmanship exceeded expectations and gave us the comfort we needed during a challenging time. Chellyanna is also a very honest company - they file the appropriate permits and follow the city rules and regulations which is not always the norm.
