New & Custom Home Builders Near Dallas

“Eric Cantu Remodeling was the best choice we could have made. Jason and his crews did amazing work, so much so that we decided to increase the original scope. We had new wood floors installed throughout the home (with a custom design at the entry that matched the fireplace), added a large walk-in pantry, painted several rooms, remodeled one bath and converted a bar area to a powder bath. Every little detail was taken care of, and we are so happy with the results! Fantastic communication throughout. We interviewed six different firms for this job before choosing Eric - next time we will definitely use Eric's team again without hesitation.”

“We first worked with Felipe and Olga 10 years ago on our "Modern Home Theater". When it came time to do our kitchen/loft, there was no comparison shopping necessary. We knew they would have the best ideas/design, a fair price and deliver a great product. We love working with them and will continue to on future projects! “Our experience with Yossi, Solomon and the entire team was a truly remarkable experience and a blessing at a time when we had no idea how to tackle a very difficult situation. We bought a home and had to unexpectedly do a complete restoration due to extensive termite damage, wood rot, and other hidden issues. Yossi and team had to pick up where another team left off, redo work and complete the rest of the home. It was no small feat, and the circumstances were not ideal. The project management, communication, honest conversations, and workmanship exceeded expectations and gave us the comfort we needed during a challenging time. Chellyanna is also a very honest company - they file the appropriate permits and follow the city rules and regulations which is not always the norm. Given the large scope of work and cost, there were a lot of details involved and Yossi, Solomon and team handled our concerns and requests with grace and understanding. We can't recommend Chellyanna enough. If you are looking for an upstanding, knowledgeable, skilled, and attentive team, definitely put this team on your list. We are forever grateful. (For scope reference: reframed exterior walls, large window and sliding door installation, installed ZIP siding/insulation/drywall/Hardie Board around most of the exterior of the home, redid bathrooms with tub and shower install/floor and shower tilework/vanity installs/plumbing, built kitchen island w/butcher block top, re-installed kitchen cabinets and granite countertops, installed tile throughout the entire home, painted entire interior and exterior of home, and more.)”
